ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակետային ծառայության գունդը 2016թ. հուլիսի 17-ին գրաված զինված խմբի 10 անդամի գործով դատական նիստին հրապարակվել են գնդի գրավման օրերին սպանված ոստիկանների դիակների դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքները: Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում տեղի ունեցած դատական նիստի ընթացքում փորձաքննության արդյունքները հրապարակել է մեղադրող դատախազ Պետրոս Պետրոսյանը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, համաձայն փորձաքննության արդյունքների` զոհված ոստիկաններից երկուսի` Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի և Արթուր Վանոյանի մարմնի վրա, բացի հրազենային վնասվածքներից, առկա են եղել նաև բութ առարկայով հասցված վնասվածքներ:

Փորձաքննության արդյունքները վկայում են այն մասին, որ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ զոհված ենթասպա Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի մահը վրա է հասել կրծքավանդակի և որովայնի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային գնդակային թափանցող և միջանցիկ վնասվածքից:

Համաձայն փորձաքննության արդյունքների` Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի մահը վրա է հասել ողնուղեղի դիֆուզ վնասվածքային ախտահարումից՝ ողնաշարի պարանոցային հատվածի և գանգի դիմային հատվածի համակցված հրազենային, գնդակային, կույր վիրավորում ստանալու հետևանքով, որը մահվան հետ անմիջական կապի մեջ է եղել: Բացի հրազենային վիրավորումից, Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի մարմնի վրա` կրծքավանդակի հետին մակերեսին,  հայտնաբերվել է սալջարդ, որը պատճառվել է կենդանության օրոք՝ մահվանից անմիջապես առաջ սուր եզր ունեցող կույր առարկայով:

Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Վանոյանի մարմնին մեկ հրազենային վնասվածք է եղել, ինչպես նաև քերծվածքներ նրա դեմքի և նախաբազկի ձախ հատվածում, որոնք ևս առաջացել են կենդանության օրոք՝ մահվանից ոչ շատ առաջ: Այդ վնասվածքները` ըստ փորձաքննության եզրակացության, հասցվել են բութ առարկայով և անմիջական կապի մեջ չեն գտնվում Վանոյանի մահվան հետ:

Ոստիկանության ենթասպա Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը մահացել է օգոստոսի 13-ին հիվանդանոցում: Նրա սպանության մեջ մեղադրվում է ՊՊԾ գունդը գրաված զինված խմբի անդամ Արմեն Բիլյանը: Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Վանոյանը սպանվել է գնդի գրավման օրը՝ հուլիսի 17-ին: Նրա և Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի (մահացել է 2016թ. հուլիսի 30-ին ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում դարանած դիպուկահարի գնդակից) սպանության մեջ մեղադրվում է զինված խմբի անդամ Սմբատ Բարսեղյանը:
