 ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդը և  նախարարների խորհուրդը մեծ ուշադրություն են դարձնում կազմակերպության հավաքական ուժերը և անդամ երկրների ազգային զինված ուժերը ժամանակակից սպառազինությամբ և ռազմական տեխնիկայով ապահովելուն: «ArmHiTec 2018» միջազգային ցուցահանդեսի բացման արարողության ժամանակ այս մասին ասել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարիտեղակալ Վալերի Սեմերիկովը:

«Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդը, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների գլխավորությամբ, ՀԱՊԿ նախարարների խորհուրդը մեծ ուշադրություն են դարձնում կազմակերպության հավաքական և անդամ երկրների ազգային զինված ուժերը ժամանակակից սպառազինությամբ ապահովելուն` հաշվի առնելով միջազգային ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության դրսևորումների հետևանքով առկա մարտահրավերներն ու սպառնալիքները, երբ խնդիր է առաջանում ապահովել ռազմական անվտանգություն, պաշտպանել սուվերենությունը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց Սեմերիկովը:  

Նա հավելեց, թե շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ այդ կարևոր առաջադրանքի իրականացումը մեծապես կախված է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ յուրաքանչյուր երկրի ռազմարդյունաբերական համակարգի զարգացումից: ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ հագեցած աշխատանքային ծրագիր ունեցող «ArmHiTec 2018» ֆորումը կնպաստի ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ռազմական համագործակցության զարգացմանը, գործնական կապերի հաստատմանը:

Վալերի Սեմերիկովը  նաև նշել է, որ ուրախ է ցուցահանդեսին տեսնել ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրի ներկայացուցիչներին, ինչպես նաև Բուլղարիայի, Գերմանիայի, Հունաստանի, Չինաստանի, Լեհաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի և այլ պետությունների պատվիրակություններ:
