ՀՀ կառավարությունում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին է ներկայացվել ընտրված 20 պատմամշակութային հուշարձաններն ու բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքները զբոսաշրջային արդյունք դարձնելու ծրագիրը, որը մշակվել է Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեիկողմից: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Կոմիտեի նախագահ Զարմինե Զեյթունցյանը նշել է, որ ծրագրում ներառվել են Գորիսի քարանձավները, Զորաց քարերը, Թռչկանի ջրվեժը, Սև բերդը, Արփի լիճը, Նորատուսը, Գեղարդը, Աշտարակը, Դվինը, Բյուրականը, Ամբերդը, Զվարթնոցը, Մեծամորը, Սմբատաբերդը, Եղեգիսը, Գլաձորը, Սելիմի քարավանատունը, Պռոշաբերդը, Էրեբունին և Տաշիրը: Նշվել է, որ ծրագրի նպատակն է երկարացնել զբոսաշրջային այցի տևողությունը, զբոսաշրջիկներին  ապահովել գիշերակացով, երկարացնել զբոսաշրջային սեզոնը, զգալիորեն ավելացնել վայրն այցելելիս զբոսաշրջիկի կողմից կատարվող ծախսերը և այլն: Ծրագիրը մշակվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով զբոսաշրջության 10 համաշխարհային միտումները: Զբոսաշրջային վայրերն ընտրվել են ըստ պատմամշակութային նշանակության, գեղատեսիլ բնության, ներդրումային ներուժի և իրագործելիության, մարզային բաշխվածության և մոտակայքում համայնքի առկայության: Զեկուցվել է, որ արդեն իսկ ավարտվել են 4 ծրագրերի մշակման աշխատանքները՝ հնարավոր ներդրողներին ներկայացնելու նպատակով:

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարել է վերոնշյալ 20 ծրագրերի,  ինչպես նաև տարբեր շահագրգիռ գերատեսչություններից ստացվող նմանատիպ ծրագրերի քննարկման համար Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունում ստեղծել համապատասխան հարթակ, որտեղ ծրագրերը մասնագիտական քննարկումների առաջին փուլ կանցնեն: Այնուհետև  դրանք կներկայացվեն մարզպետներին, որպեսզի վերջիններս ևս քայլեր իրականացնեն ներդրողների ներգրավման ուղղությամբ:

Վարչապետն առաջարկել է նաև սահմանել «խաղի կանոններ», որոնք ուղեցույց կհանդիսանան բնական, մշակութային և ճարտարապատական հուշարձանների վայրերում զբոսաշրջային ծրագրերի իրականացմամբ հետաքրքրված ներդրողների համար:
