Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ռազմական ոստիկանությունը Հայաստանում զբաղվելու է իր զինվորների կարգուկանոնով։ Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միհրան Հակոբյանը։

 «Պետք է հասկանալ, թե ռուսական բանակի ռազմական ոստիկանությունն ինչ կարգավիճակով է լինելու և կոնկրետ ինչ խնդիրներով է զբաղվելու։ Ես համարում եմ, որ իրենք պետք է ունենան այստեղ ՌՈ ստորաբաժանում և պետք է զբաղվեն իրենց զինվորականների կարգուկանոնով, հանցագործությունների խնդիրներով։ Մենք չպետք է զբաղվենք այդ հարցերով կամ մտնենք Գյումրու ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածք և խնդիրները լուծենք»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը։

Նրա կարծիքով՝ նոր պայմանագրի կնքվելու քննարկումները ցույց կտան, թե ինչ քանակության ռազմական ոստիկան է լինելու։

«Հնարավոր է՝ լինեն 30-ը, որոնցից 20-ը գործեն Գյումրիում, քանի որ այնտեղ խմբավորումը քանակի առումով ավելի մեծ է, մյուս 5-ը՝ Մեղրիում, քանի որ այնտեղ էլ սահմանապահներ կան, ինչպես նաև Երևանում՝ Էրեբունու օդանավակայանում ։ Շատ կարևոր փաստ է, որպեսզի հենց ՌԴ ՌՈ-ն զբաղվի այդ բոլոր ստորաբաժանումների կարգուկանոնով»,- շեշտեց Միհրան Հակոբյանը։

Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ նա նշեց, որ վտանգներ բացարձակապես չի տեսնում ։
