Գյումրու 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի զինծառայողի սպանության գործով դատական նիստերն այսուհետ կլինեն դռնփակ: Այս որոշումն ապրիլի 3-ի դատական նիստի ժամանակ կայացրեց դատը նախագահող դատավոր Վահե Միսակյանը ՝ հաշվի առնելով ամբաստանյալի պաշտպանի՝ միջնորդությունը:

Տարբեր պատճառներով 3 անգամ հետաձգված նիստը ապրիլի 3-ին մեկնարկեց ամբաստանյալի շահերի պաշտպան Գուրգեն Հարությունյանի միջնորդությամբ՝ նախ՝ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից տեսա-լուսանկարահանումներն արգելելու վերաբերյալ:

Միջնորդությունը ներկայացվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով գործով ներգրավված անձանց և անձամբ ամբաստանյալի անվտանգությունը: Պետական մեղադրող Արթուր Չախոյանն առարկեց, արդյունքում դատավորը թույլատրեց նկարահանումները դատարանի դահլիճում ՝ որոշակի սահմանափակումներով. չնկարել ամբաստանյալին կամ վկաներին: Սակայն ամբաստանյալ Արման Ջանջուղազյանը նշեց, որ դեմ է նկարահանումներին, և հրաժարվեց ներկա գտնվել նիստին՝ փորձելով լքել նիստերի դահլիճը:

Ամբաստանյալը մի քանի անգամ չենթարկվեց դատավորի՝ առանց թույլտվության խոսելու, դատարանը լքելու փորձի վերաբերյալ նկատողություններին, և դատավորը սանկցիա կիրառեց՝ նկատողության ենթարկելով, որից հետո ընդմիջում հայտարարվեց: Ընդմիջումից հետո ներկայացվեց դատական կարգը, որից հետո՝ ամբաստանյալի ինքնության ճշտման գործընթացի ժամանակ, ամբաստանյալի շահերի պաշտպան Գուրգեն Հարությունյանը կրկին միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց նիստի այդ հատվածը դռնփակ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ: Այնուհետև, վկաների հարցաքննման փուլի ընթացքում, ամբաստանյալի շահերի պաշտպանը կրկին միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց դատական նիստերը դռնփակ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ: Միջնորդությունն ընդունվեց: Ի դեպ, այսօր դատարանը լսելու էր վկաներ Անահիտ և Ռոբերտ Ջանջուղազյաններին:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Արման Ջանջուղազյանն «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման համակիր ներկայացած, քննությամբ դեռեւս չպարզված անձանց օժանդակությամբ ապրիլի 22-ին ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ Գյումրիում դանակով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է հասցրել ՌԴ քաղաքացի, ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Դմիտրի Յալպաեւին՝ սպանելով նրան:
Արման Ջանջուղազյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի եւ 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 13-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով:
