ԱԺ հանձնաժողովները միաձայն դրական եզրակացություն տվեցին ՀՀ-ԵՄ համաձայնագրին

Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերություններ և եվրաինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովները համատեղ նիստում դրական եզրակացություն տվեցին Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական Միության միջև համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագրին` ընդգրկելով այն լիագումար նիստի օրակարգում: Համաձայնագիրը հանձնաժողովի անդամների քննարկմանը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը: Փոխնախարարն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանում անցումը կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգի ենթադրում է Հայաստանի և ԵՄ անդամ երկրների կառավարությունների, խորհրդարանների համագործակցության ու երկխոսության ընդլայնում, հաշվետվողականության աստիճանի ավելացում:

«Հավատացած ենք, որ Հայաստան Եվրամիություն հարաբերություններում գործադիրի արդյունավետ քայլերը պետք է զուգորդվեն օրենսդիրի աջակցությամբ և վստահությամբ: Ես կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության միջև համագործակցության համաձայնագիրը արդյունք է հենց այդպիսի աջակցության և վստահության»,- ասաց Նազարյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է ամրապնդել  քաղաքական երկխոսությունը Երևանի և բրյուսելի միջև, հիմք ստեղծել տնտեսական և սոցիալական բարեփոխումները շարունակելու համար, քանի որ ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների, իրավունքի գերակայության սկզբունքների հանդեպ ամուր հանձնառություններն ընկած են նոր համաձայնագրի հիմքում: «Համաձայնագրով կստեղծվեն էներգետիկայի, տրանսպորտի, շրջակա միջավայրի ոլորտներում առավել ամուր համագործակցություն, ինչպես նաև ակտիվ շարժունակություն` ի օգուտ մեր քաղաքացիների: Համաձայնագիրը նոր ժամանակաշրջան է նշանավորում Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև առևտրային հարաբերություններում. Այն կնպաստի տնտեսական համագործակցությանը` բարելավելով բիզնես միջավայրը, նոր հնարավորությունները կտա բիզնեսի, ներդրումների և նոր աշխատատեղերի համար»,- ասաց Նազարյանը:

Փոխնախարարն ընդգծեց, որ համաձայնագիրը կուղղորդի Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության տնտեսական և քաղաքական հարաբերությունները ավելի բարձր մակարդակ:

Խորհրդարանական երկու հանձնաժողովների անդամները միաձայն կողմ քվեարկեցին համաձայնագիրը Ազգային ժողովի լիագումար նիստի օրակարգ ընդգրկելու մասին հարցին: Այն կքննարկվի Ազգային ժողովի`  ապրիլի 10-ին մեկնարկող քառօրյա նիստի ընթացքում:
