Յուրաքանչյուր տարի համապետական ու համաքաղաքային տոներին ընդառաջ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից իրականացվում են սոցիալական նշանակության բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր, որում ընդգրկվում են սոցիալական տարբեր խմբեր: Առաջիկայում սպասվող ծրագրերի ու նախաձեռնությունների շուրջ Analitik.am-ը   զրուցեց Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետ Ռուզաննա Զաքարյանի հետ:

Տիկին Զաքարյան, հատկապես ո՞ր խմբերն են ընդգրկվում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից իրականացվող սոցիալական ծրագրերում:

Երևան քաղաքի սոցիալական ոլորտի ռազմավարությունը նպատակաուղղված է մայրաքաղաքում աղքատության կանխարգելմանը, դրա հաղթահարմանն ու աստիճանական կրճատմանը, ինչպես նաև կայուն և համաչափ սոցիալական միջավայրի ձևավորմանը: Որդեգրած քաղաքականության շրջանակում սոցիալական աջակցության բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր են իրականացվել և իրականացվում, որում ընդգրկվում են Արցախյան պատերազմում և առհասարակ շփման գծում զոհվածների, մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցների ընտանիքները, Հայրենականի Մեծ պատերազմի վետերանները, բազմազավակ, ինչպես նաև ծնողազուրկ երեխաներ ունեցող ընտանիքները, տարեցները,  հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք: Մենք մշտական ուշադրության ու հոգածության կենտրոնում ենք պահում նաև սիրիահայ ընտանիքների, մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող անձանց, ինչպես նաև անօթևաններին, որոնց տեղավորում ենք ժամանակավոր կացարանում:

Իսկ ի՞նչ ծրագրեր են նախատեսված 2018թ. ընթացքում:

Բոլոր այն ծրագրերը, որոնք իրականացվել են 2017թ. ընթացքում Երևանում, շարունակական են լինելու նաև 2018թ.-ին: Ըստ այդմ, հետևողական աշխատանքներ են տարվելու Արցախում և ՀՀ սահմանամերձ գոտիներում ծառայող երևանաբնակ զինծառայողների ծնողների այցի կազմակերպման, «Էրեբունի-Երևան» տոնակատարության սոցիալական բաղադրիչի իրականացման, առաջին դասարան հաճախող երեխաներին գրենական պիտույքների և դպրոցական պարագաների տրամադրման, սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների երեխաների՝ ճամբարներում ամառային հանգստի կազմակերպման, ինչպես նաև բարեգործական ճաշարանների գործունեության շարունակականության ապահովման ուղղությամբ: Մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում կշարունակեն գտնվել սոցիալական տարբեր խմբերում ընդգրկված ընտանիքները:
