ԱՄՆ-ը՝ Հայաստանին ամենից շատ օգնություն ուղարկած երկիր

Այս տարվա հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին Հայաստան է ուղարկվել 372 տոննա՝ 12 միլիարդ 952 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ մարդասիրական օգնություն, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում ստացված օգնությունից ավել է 5,3 անգամ: Նախորդ տարի հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին Հայաստան է ուղարկվել 2 միլիարդ 456 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամի հումանիտար օգնություն, որը կշռել է 339 տոննա:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության՝ 2018 թ. հունվար-փետրվարին ՀՀ սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը բնութագրող հրապարակումից:

Դիտելով աղյուսակը՝ հասկանում ենք, թե ինչի հաշվին է այսպիսի աճ գրանցվել: Առանձին դեպքերի համար նշենք, որ այս տարի կտրուկ՝ 27,5 անգամ, ավելացել է կենդանիների, նաև կենդանական ծագման արտադրանքի՝ դեպի Հայաստան որպես հումանիտար օգնություն ուղարկելը: Մասնավորապես, այս տարվա առաջին երկու ամիսներին Հայաստան է ուղարկվել ավելի քան 65 միլիոն դրամի օգնություն, նախորդ տարվա 2 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամի դիմաց: 22,4 անգամ էլ ավելացել է թղթի և թղթից իրերի ծավալը: Այս տարի Հայաստան է ուղարկվել 108 միլիոն 300 հազար դրամի նման արտադրանք:

Դիտելով մարդասիրական օգնություն ուղարկող երկրների ցանկը, տեսնում ենք, որ ինչպես և նախորդ տարի, այնպես էլ այս՝ ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրներից, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանից ոչ մի գրամ ու ոչ մի կոպեկ օգնություն չի հատկացվել Հայաստանին: Սրա հետ միասին նվազել է նաև ԵՄ անդամ երկրների կողմից հատկացվող օգնությունը: ԵՄ անդամ երկրներից Հայաստանին հատկացվող օգնության ծավալները ավելացրել են միայն Միացյալ Թագավորությունը և Իտալիան՝ համապատասխանաբար 3,9 և 5,9 անգամ:

Այսպես, եթե 2017 թ. հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին այս երկներից Հայաստան ուղարկված մարդասիրական օգնությունը կազմել է համապատասխանաբար 29 հազար 700 և 52 հազար 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար, ապա այս տարի արդեն՝ 117 հազար և 311 հազար 200 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Գրեթե 0-ի է հավասարվել Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունից ստացվող օգնությունը: Այս երկիրը նախորդ տարվա սկզբին Հայաստան էր ուղարկել 80 հազար 400 դոլարի արտադրանք, իսկ այս տարի՝ միայն 1000 դոլարի:

Օգնության ծավալները նվազեցրել են նաև Գերմանիան ու Ֆրանսիան: Նրանց կողմից ուղարկված օգնությունն այս տարի արժեցել է համապատասխանաբար 192 հազար 500 և 16 հազար 400 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ նախորդ տարվա 576 հազար 600 և 256 հազար 800 դոլարի փոխարեն:

Այս տարի զգալիորեն աճել է Շվեյցարիայից Հայաստանին ուղարկվող հումանիտար օգնությունը, այն է՝ 67 հազար 405 անգամ: Բանն այն է, որ նախորդ տարի այս երկրից մեզ ուղարկվող օգնությունը արժեցել է 1000 դոլար, իսկ այս տարի՝ 6 միլիոն 740 հազար 500 դոլար: Ավելացել է նաև Նահանգներից ստացված օգնությունը: Եթե նախորդ տարի նույն ժամանկահատվածում Հայաստան է ուղարկվել 828 հազար 400 դոլարի օգնություն, ապա այս տարի՝ 16 միլիոն 52 հազար դոլարի: Այսպիսով՝ ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանին ամենից շատ օգնություն հատկացրած երկիրը:
