Ցանկացած մարդ վաղ թե ուշ կանգնում է առաջին սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու փաստի առջեւ եւ որպեսզի առաջին փորձը ողջ կյանքի վրա տհաճ հետք չթողնի, պետք է իմանալ մի քանի հասարակ կանոն, որը կօգնի մտերմության առաջին գիշերը ոչ միայն անցավ անցկացնելու, այլեւ այն ամենահաճելի օրերից մեկը դարձնելու:
Որպես կանոն, առաջին սեքսը երբեք ընկերներիդ պատմած հաճույքը չի պատճառում: Երբ կուսությունից զրկվում են վաղ տարիքում սթրեսը, անգիտությունը, էմոցիաները լուրջ հոգեբանական հետեւանքերի պատճառ են դառնում: Ինչից հետո մարդ կարող է փակվել եւ չուզենալ որեւէ կոնտակտի գնալ հակառակ սեռի ներկայացուցչի հետ: Հենց այս պատճառով էլ չափազանց կարեւոր է, որպեսզի առաջին սեռական հարաբերությունը լինի ճիշտ:

Երկրորդ. կարեւոր է առաջին սեռական հարաբերության համար ճիշտ զուգընկեր գտնել: Չէ որ առաջին անգամը ամբողջ կյանքդ ես հիշելու: Շատ անգամ զուտ համակրանքը հակառակ սեռի ներկայացուցչի հանդեպ բավարար չէ հաճելի եւ վստահ սեքսի համար: Պետք է վստահես նրան: Կարեւոր է, որ որոշումը երկուսով ընդունեք: Երկուսդ էլ պետք է համբերատար լինեք, այս գործը ագրեսիվություն, պահանջկոտություն կամ կտրուկություն չի սիրում: Եթե կայացրել եք այդ քայլին գնալու որոշումը, լավ կլինի, որ երկուսդ նախապես խոսեք այդ մասին, թե երբ, ինչպես եւ որտեղ է դա տեղի ունենալու: Երբեք մի խուսափեք այս թեմայից խոսել: Դա ձեզ ինքնավստահություն կտա:

Երրորդը. Զբաղվեք անվտանգ սեքսով: Ով գիտի, հետո ինչքան ես տառապելու հղիության կամ հիվանդության մտքերից: Ամենից լավ միջոցը պահպանակն է: Հատկապես առաջին հարաբերության ժամանակ, որովհետեւ այն պատված է լպրծուն նյութով, ինչը կուսազրկումը պակաս տհաճ կդարձնի:

  • Ոչ մի դեպքում մի խմիր ոչ մի գրամ ալկոհոլ, նույնիսկ գինի կամ գարեջուր:
  • Փորձիր լիցքաթափվել ամբողջ մարմնով: Կտրուկ սպազմները լավ հետեւանք չեն ունենում:
  • Մի վախեցիր ցավից: Որքան հանգիստ վիճակում լինես, այդքան քիչ ցավ կզգաս:
  • Կտրուկ շարժումներ մի արա:
  • Առաջին ներթափանցումը մի ձգեք: Այն կարող է տհաճ զգացողություններ պատճառել:
  • Եթե ցավ ես զգում, մի’ լռիր, ասա’ զուգընկերոջդ: Գուցե տեմպի կամ դիրքի փոփոխությունը ամեն ինչ փոխի

Հիմնականում սրանք են այն կարեոր կանոնները, որ պետք է իմանալ առաջին սեռական հարաբերության համար: Լիցքաթափվեք եւ հաճույք ստացեք սեքսից:
