 Նիդերլանդների ֆինանսների հարցերով պետքարտուղար Մենո Սնելը կժամանի Հայաստան՝ մասնակցելու Հայոց ցեղասպանության 103-րդ տարելիցի հիշատակի միջոցառումներին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է նիդերլանդական NLTimes-ը:

Այդ այցելությունն առաջինն է լինելու Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատի կողմից փետրվարի 22-ին Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին երկու բանաձևերի ընդունումից հետո:  Բանաձևերից մեկը նախատեսում է, որ այսուհետ Նիդերլանդներից նախարար կամ պետքարտուղարը ամեն 5 տարին մեկ կայցելի Հայաստան՝ մասնակցելու Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշատակի արարողություններին:

Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանը քվեարկության արդյունքներով ձայների բացարձակ մեծամասնությամբ ընդունել է երկրի կոալիցիոն կառավարության մեջ մտնող Քրիստոնեական միություն կուսակցության անդամ Ջոել Ֆորդևինդի ներկայացրած Հայոց ցեղասպանության երկու բանաձևերը: Առաջին բանաձևով վերահաստատվում է Նիդերլանդների կողմից 2004 թվականին Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչելու մասին որոշումը, իսկ երկրորդով պարտադրվելու է կառավարությանը նախարարի մակարդակով հինգ տարին մեկ անգամ ապրիլի 24-ին այցելել և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել Ծիծեռնակաբերդում:
