ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալը Հայաստանն օրինակելի է անվանել մորից երեխային ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցման վերացման հարցում

Արևելյան Եվրոպայում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի հարցերին նվիրված վեցերորդ համաժողովում ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ, ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի միացյալ ծրագրի գործադիր տնօրեն Միշել Սիդիբեն Հայաստանում մորից երեխային ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցման վերացումը երեկ գնահատել է որպես տարածաշրջանային մեծ ձեռքբերում և օրինակ մյուս երկրների համար։ Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ 2020 թվականին Հայաստանն առաջիններից մեկը կհասնի «90-90-90» թիրախներին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ապրիլի 19-ին լիագումար նիստում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Սամվել Մարգարյանը հանդես է եկել «ՄԻԱՎ վարակի համաճարակին ազգային հակազդումը» զեկույցով։ Խոսելով վերջին տարիներին ՄԻԱՎ վարակի բուժման և կանխարգելման ոլորտում երկրում արձանագրված ձեռքբերումների մասին, նա ընդգծել է, որ բարելավվել է ՄԻԱՎ վարակի նկատմամբ համաճարակաբանական հսկողությունը, նվազել և կայունացել է ՄԻԱՎ-ի տարածվածությունը ռիսկային վարքագիծ ունեցող խմբերում, բուժումը հասանելի է ՄԻԱՎ վարակով բոլոր պացիենտներին, ինչպես նաև կանխարգելման ծրագրեր են իրականացվում աշխատանքային միգրանտների շրջանում: Նաև ներկայացվել է, որ 2017 թվականից երկրում ներդրվել է «Բուժել բոլորին» ռազմավարությունը, 2016 թվականին ԱՀԿ-ն Հայաստանում մորից երեխային ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցման վերացումը փաստող հավաստագիր է տրամադրել,  2001 թվականից ի վեր դոնորական արյան միջոցով ՄԻԱՎ-ի փոխանցման, ինչպես նաև, ներհիվանդանոցային վարակման դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել:

Սամվել Մարգարյանը նաև նշել է, որ Հայաստանում ստեղծվել և գործում է ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի, տուբերկուլոզի, մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման ծառայությունների սերտորեն ինտեգրված համակարգ:

ՀՀ ԱՆ ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնի դերը նշված ձեռքբերումների ապահովման գործում բարձր են գնահատել միջազգային կառույցները, ինչի վկայությունը ՄԱԿ-ի պետական ծառայության ամենամյա մրցույթի «Առողջապահական ծառայությունների տրամադրման գործում նորարարություն և գերազանց որակ» անվանակարգում Կենտրոնի  հաղթող ճանաչվելն ու պետական ծառայության տրամադրման գործում նորարարության և գերազանց որակի միջոցով Կայուն զարգացման 2030թ. Օրակարգի իրականացմանն աջակցելուն ուղղված ներդրման համար հավաստագրի արժանանալն է:

Նշված ձերքբերումներին հնարավոր չէր լինի հասնել առանց ՌԴ կառավարության և Գլոբալ հիմնադրամի կողմից դոնորական ֆինանսական աջակցության: Կարևորվել է նաև ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի  միացյալ ծրագրի և ԱՀԿ-ի տեխնիկական աջակցությունը։

Սամվել Մարգարյանն անդրադարձել է նաև ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի ոլորտում ՀՀ-ում առկա մարտահրավերներին, որոնց թվում են` հիվանդության ուշ ախտորոշումը, միգրացիոն գործոնի զգալի դերը համաճարակի զարգացման գործում, ինչպես նաև միջոցառումների ֆինանսավորման կայունության ապահովումը։

Նշենք, որ ՁԻԱՀ-ի Կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սամվել Գրիգորյանը նախորդ օրը հանդես է եկել «ՀՀ-ում ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարին ՌԴ աջակցության ծրագիրը» թեմայով զեկույցով: Նա, մասնավորապես, ներկայացրել է ծրագրի շրջանակում «ՍՊԻԴ ինֆոսվյազ» հիմնադրամի և ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի միացյալ ծրագրի աջակցությամբ ՁԻԱՀ-ի ԿՀԿ-ի կողմից միգրանտների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների շրջանում ՄԻԱՎ վարակի կանխարգելման ծրագրերը:
