 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ստացվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել «Հանրային Ռադիո» ընկերության լրագրողի մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու և գույքը ոչնչացնելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը։

Ինչպես այտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, «Հանրային Ռադիո» ընկերության աշխատակից Վ.Թադևոսյանը 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի Ավանի բաժանմունքում առ  այն, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Աճառյան փողոցում գործող «Ֆորդ» սերվիսի մոտ իր կողմից լրագրողական գործունեություն կատարելու ժամանակ, դիմակավորված, քաղաքացիական հագուստով անհայտ անձիք մահակներով հարվածել են իրեն,  ոլորել ձեռքերը՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ։ Բացի այդ,  հափշտակել են իր «IPad Air 2» տեսակի պլանշետը և «Samsung Galaxy J7» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոսը՝ դրանով խոչընդոտելով իր՝ լրագրողի մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը, այնուհետև մահակներով հարվածել և վնասել իրեն պատկանող «Nissan Tiida» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 164-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, որն ստացվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել ԵՔՔՎ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում։

Քննության ընթացքում Վ.Թադևոսյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել։ Նշանակվել են դատաապրանքագիտական և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, որոնց եզրակացությունները դեռևս չեն ստացվել:

Ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
