 ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հաղթանակի և խաղաղության տոնի առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետի ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Հաղթանակի և խաղաղության տոնի կապակցությամբ։

Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում մեր նախնիների տարած հաղթանակն իսկապես պատմական էր։ Այդ հաղթանակն ու նրանով պայմանավորված խաղաղությունը նոր դռներ բացեցին մեր ժողովրդի համար և նոր հորիզոններ բացեցին նրա ստեղծագործ աշխատանքի, երկրի շենացման ու զարգացման համար:

Հայ ժողովրդի բոլոր հատվածներն այդ հաղթանակին տվեցին այն ամենը, ինչ կարող էին և փառքով պսակեցին իրենց անունը երկրորդ աշխարհամարտի բոլոր ճակատներում, ինչպես նաև թիկունքում, պարտիզանական կռիվներում և դիմադրական շարժումներում։

Խորին ակնածանքով այսօր մենք մեր հարգանքն ու երախտագիտությունն ենք հայտնում մեր վետերաններին։ 

Այսօր մեզ համար կրկնակի տոն է։ Մենք տոնում ենք Շուշիի ազատագրման հերթական տարեդարձը։ Այդ փառավոր հաղթանակը սոսկ ռազմական հաջողություն չէր։ Դրանով արցախահայությունը փրկվեց բնաջնջման վտանգից և ձեռք բերեց խաղաղ ապրելու հեռանկար։

Այսօր մենք գլուխ ենք խոնարհում մեր բոլոր նահատակների հիշատակի առջև և հավաստիացնում, որ անհատի և ազգի ազատության ոտնահարումը չի հանդուրժվելու։ Չի հանդուրժվելու, որովհետև մեր ժողովուրդն ունի մարդասիրական իդեալներ, ազատասեր ոգի, ինչպես նաև միասնական կամք՝ պաշտպանելու այդ իդեալները։

Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդական, թավշյա հեղափոխությունը, նրա համաժողովրդական ընդգրկումը ևս մի անբեկանելի ապացույց է, որ մենք ունենք հստակ պատկերացում, թե ինչ են ազատությունը, ժողովրդավարությունը և խաղաղասիրությունը։ Այսօր հայ ժողովուրդը Հայաստանում, Արցախում և սփյուռքում կրկին վստահ է իր ուժերին, Շուշիի ազատագրման ոգին արթուն է մեր սրտերում և աչքերում։ 

Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հպա՛րտ քաղաքացիներ,
Չեմ կասկածում, որ վերջին իրադարձություններով ավելի ամրապնդված հայ ժողովրդի հաղթական ոգին Հայաստանին ու Արցախին բերելու է նոր հաջողություններ։ Հայ ժողովուրդը վստահ քայլում է իր երազանքների իրականացման ճանապարհով։ 

Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այս փառապանծ տոնի առթիվ և մաղթում խաղաղ երկինք, արդար ու արդյունավետ աշխատանք՝ ի փառս մեր երկրի և ի բարօրություն մեր ժողովրդի»։
