Գյումրու ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման հայտն առաջիկայում կներկայացվի ՀՀ կառավարությանը

Գյումրիում ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման ժամանակացույցը փոփոխություն է կրել: Մայիսի 11-ին Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանում հուշագիր ստորագրվեց ի դեմս Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի և իսրայելական «ԼՈՋԻՍՏԻՔ ԷՖ ԹԻ ԶԻ» ՍՊԻ միջև՝ ժամանակացույցի փոփոխման վերաբերյալ. մայիսի 30-ի փոխարեն դեկտեմբերի 30:

Փոփոխությունը զուտ տեխնիկական է ՝ կապված ՀՀ նոր կառավարություն ձևավորման հետ: Արդեն ձևավորված է նաև ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման հայտը, որն առաջիկայում կներկայացվի ՀՀ կառավարությանը:

Այս մասին լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց Ազատ տնտեսական ծրագրի նախաձեռնող խմբի ներկայացուցիչ, «ԼՈՋԻՍՏԻՔ ԷՖ ԹԻ ԶԻ» ՍՊԻ տնօրեն Հայկ Մաղաքյանը: Արդեն կա ՀՀ կառավարության հետ ստորագրվելիք պայմանագրի նախնական տարբերակը: Նոր կառավարության ձևավորումից հետո, պատասխանատուն հույս հայտնեց, որ այն շուտով կստորագրվի:

«Հույս ունեք, որ նոր կառավարության հետ ևս կկարողանաք աշխատել և ծրագիրը հավանության կարժանանա, կշարունակենք ծրագիրը»,-նշեց Հայկ Մաղաքյանը: «Մեր նախնական հաշվարկով մոտ 30 ընկերություն պետք է ընդգրկվի այս գոտում: Մարքետինգային աշխատանքներն արդեն իրականացվում են մեր կողմից, բայց քանի դեռ չունենք ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հաստատված ազատ տնտեսական գոտու որոշում, դեռևս մեր քայլերում սահմանափակված ենք»,-նշեց Հայկ Մաղաքյանը՝ հավելելով, որ շուկան լինելու է ամբողջ Եվրասիական միությունը: Որոշումն ընդունվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Հայաստանը Եվրասիական միության անդամ է, իսկ Գյումրին ունի օդանավակայան: Փետրվարի 21-ին Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանում Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի և իսրայելական «ԼՈՋԻՍՏԻՔ ԷՖ ԹԻ ԶԻ» ՍՊԻ միջև ի դեմս տնօրեն Հայկ Մաղաքյանի, կնքվեց փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր: Այդ առաջարկով Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանին դիմել էր իսրայելական արդյունաբերական պալատը դեռ անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին՝ կենտրոնի համար խնդրելով 370 հա տարածք:

Ոչ առաջարկված ծավալի, այլ 335 հա տարածք քաղաքապետարանը տրամադրել պատրաստ է: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ստեղծել ազատ տնտեսական գոտի՝ լոգիստիկ գործառույթ իրականացնող ընկերությունների համար, որոնք գալիս են էլեկտրոնային առևտրի ոլորտից, կամ իրականացնում են փաթեթավորում կամ հավաքում: Այդպիսի ընկերությունները խոշոր միջազգային ընկերություններն են, որոնք ունեն կենտրոններ տարբեր երկրներում և սպասարկում են տվյալ տարածաշրջանները: Գյումրին ընտրված է Հայաստանում որպես Եվրասիական շուկա սպասարկման համար:
