Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Անվտանգության խորհրդի ղեկավար կազմին է  ներկայացրել ԱԽ նորանշանակ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանին:

Կառավարությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ Անվտանգության խորհուրդը մի մարմին է, որտեղ որոշվում են պաշտպանական ոլորտի քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղությունները: «Այս նախադասության ձևակերպումը բնորոշում, սահմանում, պարզ է դարձնում այն կարևորությունը, որն ունի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը, որի աշխատակազմը պետք է լինի այն ուղեղային կենտրոնը, որն ազդակներ է տալիս պաշտպանական ոլորտի քաղաքականության ուղղություների մասին»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ այս մարմինը կանգնած է կառավարման ամենօրյա խնդիրներից մի կողմ ու հանդարտ, աշխատանքային պայմաններում կուտակում է տեղեկատվություն սպառնալիքների մասին և առաջարկում լուծումներ: Կառավարության ղեկավարը հույս է հայտնել, որ Արմեն Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ Անվտանգության խորհուրդն իր գործառույթը կիրականացնի լիարժեք և արդյունավետ՝ ժամանակակից պահանջներին ու մարտահրավերներին համարժեք, կառաջարկի լուծումներ՝  մեր երկրի առջև ծառացած անվտանգության մարտահրավերների ուղղությամբ: 

 Արմեն Գրիգորյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետին վստահության համար: «Համոզված եմ, որ անվտանգության քաղաքականության մշակման գործընթացը դրվելու է նոր մակարդակի վրա: Հայաստանն ունի մարտահրավերներ, որոնք պահանջում են քաղաքական մտքի լուծումներ: Համոզված եմ, որ թիմը կկարողանա իր առջև դրված խնդիրներն իրականացնել, բարձրացնել Հայաստանի անվտանգության մակարդակը՝ առաջարկելով լուծումներ գոյություն ունեցող մարտահրավերների և խնդիրների համար»,- նշել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի նորանշանակ քարտուղարը:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է նախապատրաստել անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ՝ քննարկելու պաշտպանական ոլորտի քաղաքականությունը, ի կատար ածելու օրակարգային տարբեր որոշումներ: «Անվտանգության ոլորտը, զինված ուժերի բնականոն զարգացումը մեզ համար առաջնահերթություն է և մենք պետք է անենք ամեն ինչ ԶՈւ-երի բնականոն զարգացումն ապահովելու, առկա մարտահրավերները ճշգրիտ գնահատելու և դրանց հակազդող էֆեկտիվ միջոցներ ունենալու համար: ՀՀ քաղաքացիները պետք է վստահ լինեն, որ կառավարությունն ունի գործիքներ՝ երկրի անվտանգությունը լիարժեք ապահովելու համար: Մենք այս պահին ունենք ոլորտի արդյունավետ քաղաքականությունը մշակելու համար բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները»,- ընդգծել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ չպետք է վախենալ խոսել նաև թերությունների մասին, որովհետև դրանք թաքցնելու պարագայում խնդիրները միայն կխորանան: «Կարևոր է ախտորոշել գոյություն ունեցող խնդիրները և հասնել արագ ու արդյունավետ լուծումների: Այս գործում Անվտանգության խորհրդի դերը չափազանց մեծ է: Մաղթում եմ հաջողություններ՝ գործառույթների հաջող իրականացման նպատակով»,- ասել է վարչապետը:
