Բազմաթիվ դրվագներով խաբեության եղանակով զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնելուն օժանդակելու և կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Պաշտպանության բանակի N զորամասի շտաբի օպերատիվ բաժնի կառավարման կետերի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ հերթապահ մայոր:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության Ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից  իրականացված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված տվյալների հիման վրա նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ՊԲ N զորամասի մի խումբ պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներ բացատրություններ են տվել այն մասին, որ 2017թ. հոկտեմբերից մինչև 2018թ. ապրիլ ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ինչպես անձամբ, այնպես էլ միջնորդների միջոցով գումարներ են փոխանցել ՊԲ-ում ծառայող անձի: Վերջինս դրա դիմաց մտացածին հեռախոսագրեր է հասցեագրել ՊԲ N զորամաս, որոնք հիմք են հանդիսացել իրենց արձակուրդ տրամադրելու համար:

Նշված պաշտոնատար անձը՝ զորամասի շտաբի օպերատիվ բաժնի կառավարման կետերի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ հերթապահ մայոր Դ.Ղ.-ն,  իր բացատրությամբ ևս ընդունել է մի շարք զինծառայողներից գումարներ վերցնելու և դրա դիմաց նրանց ծառայության զորամասին կեղծ հեռախոսագրեր հասցեագրելու հանգամանքը:

Մայիսի 5-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 38-363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշնելով:

 Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական, քննչական և այլ դատավարական  գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նշված ժամանակահատվածում, տարբեր օրերի, ՊԲ N զորամասի մի խումբ պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներ, ինչպես նաև նրանց ծնողներն ու հարազատները, ովքեր օժանդակել են վերջիններիս կողմից խաբեության եղանակով զինվորական ժառայության պարտականությունները ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնելուն, ինչպես անձամբ, այնպես էլ միջնորդներ՝ ՊԲ զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, սերժանտ Ա. Ա.-ի և նույն զորամասի նախկին պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող՝ Արմավիրի մարզի Պտղունք գյուղի բնակիչ Ս. Գ.-ի միջոցով ՊԲ տվյալ զորամասի շտաբի օպերատիվ բաժնի կառավարման կետերի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ հերթապահ, մայոր Դ. Ղ.-ին որպես կաշառք տվել են 60000-ականից 75000-ական ՀՀ դրամ գումարներ: Վերջինս, ստանալով խոշոր չափի կաշառք, նշված գումարի դիմաց իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում կատարել է ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողություններ՝ զորամասին հասցեագրել է իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող հեռախոսագրեր, որոնք հիմք են հանդիսացել մի շարք պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների արձակուրդ տրամադրելուն՝ հանգեցնելով խաբեության եղանակով վերջիններիս զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունների կատարումը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնելուն:

Մայիսի 14-ին ՊԲ զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, սերժանտ Ա. Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական  օրենսգրքիի 363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 38-363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 38-363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, իսկ թվով 6 անձի՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 312-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:

Մայիսի 18-ին ՊԲ N զորամասի շտաբի օպերատիվ բաժնի կառավարման կետերի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ հերթապահ մայոր Դ.Ղ.-ն ձերբակալվել է: Նա կասկածվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (2 դրվագ) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 38-363-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (7 դրվագ) նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքների կատարման մեջ:  

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում առերևույթ հանցագործությունների հնարավոր այլ դրվագների բացահայտման ուղղությամբ:
