Հայաստանում ծավալված հեղափոխական իրադարձությունները ճանապարհ են բացում համարձակ ու արմատական փոփոխությունների համար, ինչպես նաև փայլուն հնարավորություն` շտկելու վերջին տարիներին կատարված սխալները, որոնք երկարաժամկետ առումով աղետալի ազդեցություն կունենան Հայաստանի համար:

Ժողովրդի սոցիալական ծանր վիճակը, զանգվածային գործազրկությունը, աղետալի արտագաղթը է՛լ ավելի նոր թափով զարկ է տալիս վերջին տարիներին իրականացվող համայնքների խոշորացման աղետալի քաղաքականությունը: Ծանոթ բարեկամ սկզբունքով, անհիմն ու չծրագրավորված մոտեցումներով համայնքների խոշորացման գործընթացը ծանրագույն հարված է հասցնում մարզաբնակ մեր հայրենակիցներին` հարուցելով հավելյալ դժգոհություններ և դժվարություններ նրանց առավել քան ծանր սոցիալ տնտեսական իրավիճակին: Ոչնչացվում են գյուղական ենթակառուցվածքները, խաթարվում է տեղային մշակույթը, արհեստականորեն բարձրացվում են մատուցվող ծառայությունների գները, բարդացվում են մարդկանց շփումները համայնքային իշխանությունների հետ, կրճատվում են աշխատատեղերը, արդյունքում փակվում են մարզային ենթակայության  բազմաթիվ կազմակերպություններ` զինկոմիսարիատներ, հիվանդանոցներ, դպրոցներ և պոլիկլինիկաներ: Արդյունավետ կառավարում իրականացնելու փոխարեն` չհիմնավորված օպտիմալացում իրականացնելու այլևս սպառված գործելաոճը իր հերթին բերում է հարկերի ու տուրքերի ավելացում` մարդկանց սոցիալական վիճակի հետագա վատթարացման, գյուղերի բազմամյա ավանդույթները անխնա ոչնչացնելու հեռանկարով:

Ավելին, Հայաստանում երբեմնի շեն  բազմաթիվ բնակավայրեր այսօր արդեն ամայացել են և զրկվել են բնակիչներից: Ասվածը առավել քան վտանգավոր է միջին համայնքներում, որոնք փոքրաթիվ համայնքների օրինակով կանգնելու են ոչնչացման եզրին:

Ելնելով վերոբերյալից «Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդը կոչ է անում չշարունակել այս տարի նախատեսված համայնքների խոշորացման գործընթացը, վերլուծել արդեն իսկ կատարված խոշորացումների հետևանքները, քայլեր ձեռնարկել փոքր բնակավայրերի ոչնչացումը կասեցնելու ուղղությամբ: Իր հերթին ՕԵԿ-ը նախաձեռնում է հանրապետության համայնքների խոշորացման դեմ զանգվածային գործընթաց և տեղական հանրաքվեներ` անհեռանկար այս գործընթացը կասեցնելու նպատակով` հատկապես այն համայնքներում, որտեղ խոշորացումը հասցրել է անդառնալի հետևանքներ և այն համայնքներում, որոնց սպառնում է նույն ճակատագիրը:
