Հստակ գիտակցելով, որ իր բարձրացրած խնդիրն իրավական առումով արդեն իսկ լուծված է, և այսպես, թե այնպես ինքը մնալու է և պահպանելու է իր մանդատը ԱԺ-ում՝ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը շարունակում է իրարամերժ հարցազրույցներ տալ՝ այդպես էլ չփորձելով տարանջատել առաջնայինը երկրորդայինից։ Իսկ որ նա հստակ գիտակցում է, պարզ է անգամ իր տված հարցազրույցներից, որտեղ խոսում է այն մասին, որ հարցը
բազմակողմանիորեն քննարկել է իրավաբանների հետ։

Եվ ուրեմն ինչո՞ւ։

Ինչո՞ւ է արդեն ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատ ձեռք բերած անձն այսքան հրապարակային խճճում ակնառու սարքովի թնջուկը և փորձում ներկայացնել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետը փորձում է զրկել իրեն այն մանդատից, որի համար ինքը պատրաստ է անգամ վայր դնել կարգով ավելի բարձր և հետևապես՝ վերահսկման
հնարավորությունների կիրառման առումով ավելի արդյունավետ գործիք հանդիսացող ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատը։

Պատասխանը պիտի փնտրել հանրությանը հոգեբանական մեսիջ ուղղելու համատեքստում։ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն այս պահին մի պարզ խնդիր է լուծում. փորձում է իրեն ներկայացնել զոհի կարգավիճակում, որին Երևանի քաղաքապետը զրկում է ավագանու լիազորություններից և հետևապես՝ այս ավագանու գործելու ժամանակահատվածում քաղաքապետ դառնալու հնարավորությունից։

Օրենքներ կարդացող յուրաքանչյուր անձի համար արդեն իսկ պարզ է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետը որևէ անձնավորված քայլ չի կատարում. նա ուղղակի պարտավոր է արձանագրել մեր երկրում գործող իրավական կարևոր նորմը։ Եվ իր իրավասությունը ոչ թե զրկելն է կամ ձեռքից վերցնելը, այլ արձանագրելն ու իրական փաստը Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին ներկայացնելը՝ սպասելով ԿԸՀ որոշմանը։ Ուրիշ ոչինչ։

Իհարկե, կարելի է նաև հարցը դիտարկել մյուս կողմից. փաստը չարձանագրելու պարագայում կհայտնվեին իրավագետներ ու գործիչներ, որոնք կմեղադրեին Երևանի քաղաքապետին ոչինչ չանելու և օրենքները չհարգելու
համար։

Այնպես որ, խնդիրը զոհի կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելն էր, ինչն ուղղակի լիովին չէր հաշվարկվել, և արդյունքում Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ունի այն, ինչ ունի։
