Արամ Խաչատրյանի անվան ֆիլհարմոնիկ համերգասրահում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել մշակույթի տարբեր ճյուղերը ներկայացնող գործիչների հետ:
 
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ վարչապետը կարևորել է մշակույթի գործիչների հետ նման հանդիպումների անցկացումը և նշել, որ դրանք այսուհետ կկրեն պարբերական բնույթ:
 
«Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական հայտնի իրադարձությունները՝ ոչ բռնի թավշյա հեղափոխությունը, մեծ մշակութային բաղադրիչ ունի: Մեր պատկերացմամբ, մշակույթի առանցքային դերակատարումը կամայական երկու քաղաքացիների հարաբերությունների մակարդակը հետևողական և շարունակաբար բարձրացնելն է, և այս խնդրի լուծման համար պետք է կարողանանք ապահովել մարդկանց մշտական հաղորդակցությունը մշակույթի և մշակութային միջավայրի հետ»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ մեր երկրում հաճախ հանդիպող կիսադատարկ դահլիճները, նույնիսկ առանցքային մշակութային իրադարձությունների ժամանակ, խոսում է ճգնաժամի մասին: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ կառավարության դերը տեսնում է ոչ թե մշակութային բովանդակությանը միջամտելը, այլ մարդկանց մշտական հաղորդակցությունը մշակութային կյանքի հետ ապահովելը:
 
«Մենք ուզում ենք, որպեսզի հնարավոր չլինի ապրել առանց մշակույթի հետ հաղորդակցվելու: Մեր խնդիրն է, որ երեխաները դպրոցական տարիքից հաղորդակցվեն մշակույթի հետ: Հայաստանի բեմերում իսկապես կա բարձր մշակույթ, թանգարաններում իսկապես կան արժեքավոր և բարձր նմուշներ, Հայաստանում ստեղծվում է արժեքավոր գրականություն, ստեղծվում են արժեքավոր կտավներ և, ի վերջո, այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանում ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին, երկար տարիներ գուցե լռելյայն ձևակերպվել է մշակութային կյանքում:
 
Ինձ քիչ առաջ հարցրին՝ լինելու է արդյոք մշակութային հեղափոխություն. ես պատասխանեցի, որ այն ինչ տեղի է ունեցել՝ դա մշակութային հեղափոխություն է, որովհետև այդ հեղափոխության ամենամեծ հեղինակներ համարում եմ մեր երկրի մշակույթի գործիչներին, ովքեր կարողացել են ինչ-որ մի տեղ, բոլորի համար աննկատ մարդկանց գիտակցության մեջ գործարկել մի մեխանիզմ, որն ի վերջո դարձել է սիրո և համերաշխության հեղափոխություն»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
 
Գրեթե երկու ժամ տևած հանդիպման ընթացքում կառավարության ղեկավարը պատասխանել է մշակույթի գործիչների բազմաթիվ հարցերի, որոնք վերաբերել են ստեղծագործական միությունների գործունեությանը, մշակութային հաստատություններում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար մատչելի պայմանների ստեղծմանը, մշակութային օջախների գործունեության աշխուժացմանը, հուշարձանների պատշաճ պահպանմանը և մի շարք այլ խնդիրների:
