Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով` աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում է ներկայացրել ՍԱՊԾ պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը։

Հատկանշական է, բայց փաստ, որ Կարապետյանը հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել նույն այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ Մոսկվայում արտահանման խնդիրներով բանակցություններ էր վարում, և երաշխիքներ տալիս ՍԱՊԾ նախկին պետ Արմեն Հայրապետյանը։

Շատերին կարող է տարօրինակ թվալ այստեղ զուգադիպութնուններ փնտրելը, բայց իրականում պրոբլեմը շատ ավելի խորն է։ ՍԱՊԾ նախկին պետ Արմեն Հայրապետյանը՝ որպես պետական պաշտոնյա, աչքի էր ընկնում պատվերով սահմանը ապօրինի բացել-փակելու իր «մեծն տաղանդով»։ Մարդ, ում հետաքրքիր չէր սննդամթերքի անվտանգությունը, Հայաստանում առկա կենդանիների որևէ հիվանդություն, ի դեպ, անգամ այնպիսիք, որոնց պատճառով կարող էր տուժել ոչ միայն տնտեսությունը, այլ նաև՝ երկրի բնակչությունը։

Կոծկելով կամայական հիվանդություն՝ անգամ կառանտին, Արմեն Հայրապետյանը, ռուս գործընկերների հետ ունենալով ջերմ հարաբերություններ, ՀՀ տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու փոխարեն, զարգացնում էր իր և իր ռուս գործընկերոջ անձնական եկամուտներն ու մի քանի բիզնեսմենների շահերը։

Իհարկե, որոշ դեպքերում կոռուպցիոն գործարքները կարող են ձեռնտու թվալ, սակայն միայն առաջին հայացքից, իրականում բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում են զարգացնել տնտեսությունը, քաջ գիտակցում են դրա հետևանքները։

Լիահույս ենք, որ նոր կառավարությունը կհասկանա և խորապես կպատկերացնի այս կոռուպցիոն սխեման։ Աչք չի փակի հիվանդությունների վրա, կգիտակցի որակյալ և անվտանգ մթերք ունենալու անհրաժեշտությունն ու կձերբազատվի երկրին հասցվող ամենօրյա վնասից։

Հ.Գ. Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ ՍԱՊԾ նախկին պետ Աբրահամ Բախչագուլյանն աշխատանքից ազատվեց հենց կոռուպցիոն պայմանավորվածությունների չգնալու պատճառով։ Իսկ ներկայիս պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը այդպես էլ չկարողացավ բուժել արտահանման այդ «քաղցկեղը»։
