Առողջապահական համակարգում միջազգային չափանիշների ներդրումը շարունակվելու է նոր թափով

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը մայիսի 30-ին հանդիպել է Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի կլինիկական ուղեցույցների եւ գործելակարգերի մշակման բաժնի աշխատակիցների հետ։  Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Կլինիկական ուղեցույցների եւ պացիենտների վարման գործելակարգերի մշակումն ու ներդրումը հայաստանյան առողջապահական համակարգում պետք է եւ կշարունակի իրականացվել:

«Այս աշխատանքը կատարող թիմի գործառույթը մեծապես կարեւորում եմ ու շեշտում, որ այն շարունակելու է իր աշխատանքը: Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի կազմում թիմի աշխատանքի շարունակումը որեւէ կերպ չպետք է մտահոգություն հարուցի»,- նախարարությունում Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի կլինիկական ուղեցույցների եւ գործելակարգերի մշակման բաժնի աշխատակիցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ շեշտել է նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը:

Կլինիկական ուղեցույցների եւ պացիենտների վարման գործելակարգերի ներդրման նպատակով առաջարկներ մշակող հանձնաժողովի անդամների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ

Միջազգային պրոտոկոլների ներդրումը հայաստանյան առողջապահական համակարգում պետք է կատարվի աստիճանաբար, սահուն, որպեսզի դրա կիրառման տեխնիկական խնդիրները բժիշկների կողմից հակազդեցություն չառաջացնեն՝ շեշտել է Թորոսյանը: Սա պետք է արվի առողջապահության քաղաքականության եւ բյուջեի հատկացումների վերանայման միջոցով:

Հանդիպման ժամանակ ընդգծվել է, որ բուժման եւ պացիենտների վարման միջազգային պրոտոկոլների թարգմանումն ու ներդրումը չպետք է ամբողջապես պարտադիր լինեն բժիշկների համար: Որոշ փոփոխություններ նրանք կարող են անել բուժման գործընթացում, եթե դեղորայքի կամ տվյալ բուժծառայության տեսակի անմատչելիության հարց կա: Սակայն պրոտոկոլները նաեւ ենթադրում են առանցքային ուղղություններ, որոնք չպետք է շրջանցվեն:

Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի կլինիկական ուղեցույցների եւ գործելակարգերի մշակման բաժնի գիտական ղեկավար Հարությունը Մանգոյանը կարեւորել է հանրապետության գլխավոր մասնագետների եւ առողջապահական ասոցիացիաների հետ գործակցության սերտացումը, քանի որ երբեմն նորարարություններն ակնկալվածի պես սահուն չեն ներդրվում կամ տեղայնացվում, ինչը, սակայն, անհրաժեշտ է բուժման գործընթացում միջազգային նոր մոտեցումները կիրառելու առումով:

Միջազգային գործելակարգերի եւ ուղեցույցների ներդրումը, կիրառումը պետք է վերահսկվի առողջապահության էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով, որի ներդրումը թեեւ հետաձգվել է, բայց շարունակում է մնալ օրակարգում»:
