Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ԱԱԾ—ն ու ՊԵԿ-ը խոշորամասշտաբ ստուգումներ են սկսել մի շարք խոշոր տնտեսվարողների ընկերություններում, որոնց մասին հանրությունը բավականին լավ տեղյակ է, և տեղյակ է վատ առումով, քանի որ նրանց անունը մշտապես ասոցացվել է խախտումների, թաքնված շահույթների, մենաշնորհների և այլնի հետ։ Հասարակությունը սատարում է այդ ստուգումներին և խախտումների հայտնաբերմանը։

 

Բայց սրա ֆոնին ակտիվացել են մի շարք ՀՀԿ-ամերձ գրչակներ, որոնք սկսել են ամեն առիթով շահարկել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը և մասնավորապես հարցադրումներ անել, թե արդյո՞ք ստուգումներ կարվեն Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընեկերություններում։
Նախ Ծառուկյանի ընկերություններում վերջին 10 տասրին մշտապես ստուգումներ են արվել, և ավելի շատ, քան որևէ այլ տնտեսվարողի ընկերություններում։ Բայց, ի տարբերություն մյուս բոլորի, Ծառուկյանի ընկերություններում իրականացված ստուգումներից հետո ստուգողները, անգամ ՊԵԿ-ի նախագահների մակարդակով հայտարարել են, որ ոչ մի խախտումներ չեն հայտնաբերվել։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը, այդ մասին հայտարարել է Վարդան Հարությունյանը։

Այդքանից հետո այսօր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ընկերություններում ստուգումներ անցկացնելու մասին շահարկումները ուղղակի ծիծաղելի են, այն դեպքում, երբ շահարկողները իրենք էլ շատ լավ գիտեն, որ Ծառուկյանի ընկերություններում ստուգումներ միշտ էլ եղել են, ընդ որում անարդյունք։ Շատ լավ գիտեն, քանի որ նույն ՀՀԿ-ամերձ կայքերը, ովքեր այսօր, իհարկե մի կետից հրահանգված, ամեն օր շահարկում են այդ թեման, հենց իրենք են ժամանակին ակտիվ կերպով լուիսաբանել այդ ստուգումները։

Իսկ Առինջ մոլում իրականացված վերջին հարկային տեռորի մասին, երբ անգամ վրաերթի էին ենթարկում մարդկանց, տեղյակ են բոլորը, քանի որ բանը հասավ անգամ բողոքի ակցիաների։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ընկերություններում մշտապես իրականացվող ստուգումների ֆոնին առանձնանում են ընկերություններ, որտեղ 30 տարի որևէ ստուգումներ չեն իրակացավել և չեն իրականացվում։ Եթե ՀՀԿ-ամերձ ֆեյքերն ու կայքերը այդքան մտահոգ են ստուգումների փաստով, թող գրեն այդ ընկերությունների մասին, որոնք առանց որևէ ստուգման արդեն 30 տարի շարունակում են գործել։

Հասկանալի է, որ ՀՀկ-ամերձ ֆեյքերի ու կայքերի մտահոգությունները զուտ քաղաքական են ու ոչ մի կապ չունեն ՊԵԿ-ի կամ ԱԱԾ-ի գործունեության հետ։ Դրանք պարզապես ուզում են պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսալ, բայց չեն հասկանում, որ ՊԵԿ-ն ու ԱԱԾ-ն խորապես թքած ունեն ֆեյքերի ու որոշակի տեղից ֆինանսավորվող կայքերի վրա և ֆեյքերով ու ֆեյք կայքերով չէ, որ պայմանովորում կամ պլանավորում են իրենց գործունեությունը։ Այնպես որ նրանց արած գործը պարզապես անարդյունք թուղթ մրոտել է, քանի որ դրա հետևում ոչ թե պետության տնտեսությամբ մտահոգությունն է, այլ նեղ անձնական և քաղաքական շահերը։
