ԵՄ-ի հետ համաձայնագրով Հայաստանն այս տարի կստանա 36 մլն եվրո, սակայն ներկայումս կա հնարավորություն, որ դա ավելացվի եւս 10 մլն եվրոյով՝ «ավելին ավելիի դիմաց» սկզբունքով: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 31-ին, ԱԺ-ում 2017 թվականի բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց ԱԳ փոխնախարար Արմեն Պապիկյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, եթե գործընկեր երկիրը բարեփոխումների շրջանակում ավելին է անում, կարող է ակնկալել ԵՄ-ից ավելի շատ ֆինանսավորում:

Պապիկյանը նշեց, որ 2017-2020 թվականների համար Հայաստան-ԵՄ համաձայնագրի իրականացման նպատակով նախատեսված է, որ Հայաստանն ստանա 176 մլն եվրո. «Դրա մեջ մտնում է թե բյուջետային աջակցություն, թե տեխնիկական, թե գրանտային ծրագրեր, ինչպես նաեւ տեղական ՀԿ-ներին: Բացի դրանից Հայաստանը կարող է ֆինանսավորում ստանալ հովանոցային ծրագրից, եթե լուրջ առաջընթաց գրանցի խորքային, կայուն ժողովրդավարության համաձայնեցված բարեփոխումների ոլորտում»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Հարցին, թե այդ միջոցներն ինչ ուղղություններով են ծախսվելու եւ ինչ համամասնությամբ, Արմեն Պապիկյանն արձագանքեց. «Տնտեսական զարգացում եւ շուկայական հնարավորություններ տողով կտրամադրվի 50-61 մլն եվրո, 15-ական տոկոս կամ 21-26 մլն եվրո կհատկացվի հետեւյալ ուղղություններով՝ Կառույցների ամրապնդում եւ արդյունավետ կառավարում, Փոխկապակցվածություն եւ էներգետիկ արդյունավետություն եւ կլիմայի փոփոխություն, Շարժունակություն եւ մարդկանց միջեւ շփումներ, Անհատույց աջակցություն կառույցների զարգացում եւ ամրապնդում: Եվս 5 տոկոս կհատկացվի «անհատույց աջակցություն քաղհասարակությանը» տողով:
