Ծառուկյանի ձեռնարկություններում մշտապես ստուգումներ են իրականացվել, մինչդեռ երկրում կան 30 տարուց ավել չստուգված օբյեկտներ

Մինաս Ասատուրի Խանջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երկրում ձևավորված նոր կառավարությունը գնում է «ամեն բան օրենքի սահմաններում» ձևաչափով, որի մասին են վկայում վերջին օրերին ԱԱԾ-ի և ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից իրականացվող լայնամաշտաբ ստուգումները։ Ու այս ամենի ֆոնին առիթը հօգուտ իրենց օգտագործողների մի «բանակ» է ի հայտ եկել։ Ահավասիկ հեռացող իշխանությունների հովանու տակ ծվարած ֆեյքերն ու որոշ լրատվականներ անասելի «շուխուր» են բարձրացրել համացանցում՝ այն հարցը առաջ քաշելով, թե ինչո՞ւ այս իրականացվող ստուգումներին չեն ենթարկվում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործընկեր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող օբյեկտներն ու ընկերությունները։

 

Թե ինչո՞ւ է այս պահը հատկապես շեշտվում ՀՀԿադավան քարոզիչների կողմից, անգամ անզեն աչքով է պարզ, բայց կառչելով մի բանից, որտեղ կառչելու բան առհասարակ չկա, արդեն իսկ վերջիններս իրենց ծիծաղելի իրավիճակի մեջ են դնում ու մատնում իրենց՝ փրփուրներից կախված լինելու անհույս վիճակը։

Բանը նրանում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերությունները բազմիցս ստուգվել են վերոնշյալ պետական կառույցների կողմից։ Թե՛ ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի, թե՛ Վարդան Հարությունյանի ժամանակ լուրջ ու մանրաքննին ստուգումներից հետո արվել են պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ, որոնք փաստում են, որ ստուգման ժամանակ խախտումներ կամ հարկային պարտավորությունների թերացման դեպքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։

Հարկ է նշել, որ դրանք իրական ստուգումներ են եղել, ոչ թե ձևականնների շարքից։ Բավական է միայն հիշեցնել «Առինջ մոլում» տեղի ունեցածը, երբ հարկային ստուգումնների ճնշումը աբսուրդի աստիճանի հասնելով՝ որակվեց որպես հարկային տեռոր, իսկ հարյուրավոր առևտրականների դուրս բերեց փողոց՝ բողոքի ակցիաների։ Այնինչ մինչև օրս էլ մեր երկրում կան այնպիսի ձեռնարկություններ, որոնք երեսուն տարի է՝ հարկային կամ այլ տեսակի ստուգման չեն ենթարկվել։ Հետևապես Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերությունների ստուգումներով և ԱԱԾ-ին և ՊԵԿ-ին այնտեղ «գործուղելու» հարցում հուզվածները ավելի լավ կանեն այդ ընկերությունների մասին հիշատակեն ու քննարկեն, եթե այդպես մտահոգված են «արդարության ու օրինականության» հաստատումով։

Ու քանի որ բացահայտ տեսանելի է, որ նրանց նպատակը դա չէ ու թե ինչո՞ւ են ՀՀԿադավանների կողմից հենց Ծառուկյանի օբյեկտները թիրախավորվել, եզրափակենք ասելիքը կարճ փաստերի լեզվով․ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը երբեք չի խուսանավել ստուգումներից, իսկ նոր կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող ստուգումներն առաջարկել է սկսել հենց իրեն պատկանող ձեռնարկություններից։ Սա արդեն փաստում է ամեն բան։
