ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը հունիսի 4-ին Լոռու մարզում մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցներին, հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների տարածքային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, համայնքների ղեկավարներին ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ մարզպետ Հրանտ Մարգարյանին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ներկայացնելով նորանշանակ մարզպետին և շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նախորդ մարզպետին կատարած աշխատանքի համար` նախարար Պապիկյանը կարևորել է ներկաների դերակատարությունը պետության հետագա զարգացման գործում` ընդգծելով համայնք, մարզպետարան, կառավարություն կապի նշանակությունը, միաժամանակ հավելելով, որ այս գործընթացում առանցքային է իշխանության անցնցում փոխանցումը։

Անդրադարձ կատարելով ՏԻՄ-երի աշխատանքի թափանցիկությանն ու հաշվետվողականությանը՝ նախարարը նշել է. «Ունենալով իրավունքներ՝ մենք պետք հիշենք նաև, որ ունենք պարտականություններ մեր քաղաքացիների, մեր համայնքների բնակիչների առջև: Ձեր թափանցիկ գործունեությունը պետք է դառնա վաղվա Հայաստանի ամուր հիմքը»։
 
Նա հորդորել է համայնքներում ավելի հասանելի դարձնել կատարված աշխատանքների, սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման, գնումների, որոշումների կայացման գործընթացները:

Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է համայնքների օտարվող հողերի առցանց հարթակի ստեղծման նախաձեռնության մասին, ըստ որի՝ տարվա ընթացքում օտարման ենթական համայնքային հողերի և անշարժ գույքի մասին ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունն առցանց հասանելի կլինի: Սրանով կբացառվեն տարվա ընթացքում օտարման մասին ավագանու կողմից ընդունվող կամայական որոշումները, ինչպես նաև կհեշտացվեն այս կամ այն համայնքում ներդրումներ կատարելու ցանկություն ունեցողների կողմից տեղեկատվություն ստանալու գործընթացները:

Նախարար Պապիկյանը ընդգծել է նաև մարզերի զարգացման բիզնես-պլանների պատրաստի փաթեթներ ունենալու անհրաժեշտությունը` ներդրում կատարելու ցանկություն ունեցողներին գործնական առաջարկների փաթեթներ ներկայացնելու նպատակով, և շեշտել, որ առաջիկայում յուրաքանչյուր մարզ առնվազն 10 ծրագիր պետք է ներկայացնի նախարարություն: Նախարարը հորդորել է ներկաներին իրենց գործունեության առանցքը դարձնել ՀՀ սահմանադրությունը և օրենքի գերակայությունը և հաստատակամորեն առաջնորդվել պետական շահի գերակայության գիտակցումով։

Նորանշանակ մարզպետ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վստահության համար և նշել, որ կարվի հնարավորը` մարզի համաչափ զարգացման, իր առջև դրված խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ:
