ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունը հետաձգում է «Արի տուն», «Իմ Հայաստան» և «Սփյուռք ամառային դպրոց» ծրագրերը

«Արի տուն», «Իմ Հայաստան» և «Սփյուռք» ամառային դպրոց» ծրագրերը ժամանակավորապես հետաձգվում են: Դրանք կմեկնարկեն նախատեսված ժամանակից ավելի ուշ՝ սակայն բովանդակային առումով ավելի հարստացված ու վերանայված:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը:

«Արի տուն» ծրագրի, «Իմ Հայաստան» փառատոնի և «Սփյուռք» ամառային դպրոց» ծրագրերն արդեն ընթացքի մեջ են, բյուջեները հաստատված են: Եվ մենք կամ պետք է չեղարկեինք դրանք, կամ հետաձգեինք: Լավագույն լուծման եկանք՝ ծրագրերը ժամանակավորապես հետաձգեցինք: Դրանք կիրականացվեն, բայց ոչ հունիսի 17-ից: Մենք հավուր պատշաճի կպատրաստվենք դրանց»,-ասաց նախարար Հայրապետյանն ու հավելեց, որ նոր ժամկետները կհրապարակեն մոտ ժամանակում:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ընթացիկ ծրագրերի իրականացման համար մրցույթներն արդեն անցկացվել են, հաստատված է ամեն բան: Սակայն շատ ծառայությունների համար նախատեսված են բավականին բարձր գներ:

«Մեզ համար  սկզբունք է, որ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը պետք է բացառվեն: Այդ ծրագրերը բովանդակային առումով կհարստացվեն: Որևէ մրցույթի դեպքում չպետք է սահմանվեն առավելագույն գներ»,-ասաց Մխիթար Հայրապետյանն ու հավելեց, որ բոլոր նոր ծրագրերի դեպքում չեն լինի կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր:

Անդրադառնալով ծրագրերի մասնակիցների կողմից արդեն իսկ գնված ավիատոմսերին՝ ասաց, որ այս որոշումները միտված են նրան, որ նրանք այսօր մի փոքր նեղություն կրեն, սակայն վաղը գան ու հասկանան, որ ամեն մի դրամ ծախսվել է նպատակային:
