Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանն, իրեն վստահված ոլորտում իրականացրած հետազոտությունների արդյունքում, երեկ կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը, սոցիալապես անապահովների համար, հնարավոր է 10 դրամով իջեցնել և այդ մասին կառավարությունն ընդունեց որոշում:

Այս ամենը կարծես թե տարակուսանքի առիթ է տալիս այն համատեքստում, որ տարիներ շարունակ թանկացումների ֆոնին, սա մի տեսակ «խորթ», բայց սպասված գործելաոճ է, այն էլ ատոմակայանի կանգնած լինելու պարագայում: Սակայն պետք է նաև արձանագրենք, որ նմանօրինակ ձեռքբերումների ակնկալիքով էր նաև ՀՀ-ում իրականացված և հաջողությամբ պսակված իշխանափոխությունը:

Այս ամենը շատ հստակ պատկերացնելով էր, որ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կադրերի ընտրության հարցում եղել է հետևողական:Եվ Ծառուկյան դաշիքնի քվոտայով նշանակաված փոխվարչապետին և նախարարներին ի սկզբանե հրանահագվել է ջանք ու եռանդ չխնայել և գործել ի օգուտ երկրի բարեկեցության.

Պատահական չէ, որ Ծառուկյանը պահանջել է թափանցիկ և բաց աշխատանք, չէ որ միայն այդկերպ է հնարավոր երկրում սպասված փոփոխությունների հասնել և այսօր էլ արդեն տեսնում եք այդ ճիշտ քաղաքականության պտուղները, որը միտված է հանրության սոցիալական բեռը թեթևացնելուն:

Դե ինչ, պետք է միայն հուսալ, որ նմանտիպ գործալաոճով աչքի կընկնեն մյուս նորանշանակ պաշտոնյաները ևս, որոնց գրագետ և պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքից է կախված մեր պետության վաղվա օրն ու սերունդների բարեկեցիկ ապագան:
