Ոստիկանությունը 20 մլն դրամի յուրացման դեպք է բացահայտել. «Բիգ էներգո»-ն վերականգնել է վնասը

ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը բացահայտել է «Բիգ էներգո» ընկերության կողմից 20 մլն դրամ գումարի յուրացման դեպք։ Ընկերությունը վերականգնել է վնասը։ Դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի նյութերը փոխանցվել են քննչական կոմիտե՝ հետագա քննության։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության ծառայողները յուրացման հերթական դեպքն են բացահայտել։ Ոստիկանությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ 2017 թվականի մայիսին «Բիգ էներգո» ընկերության և «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության նախկին տնօրինության միջև պայամանագիր է կնքվել, ըստ որի՝ «Բիգ Էներգո» ընկերությունը 200 օրվա ընթացքում պետք է ալյումինե փոշիով երկշերտ ներկման աշխատանքներ կատարեր՝ ներկելով 134 հատ մետաղական հենարան։ Ներկման աշխատանքների գումարը 94.700.000 դրամ է։ Աշխատանքների կատարման նկատմամբ տեխնիկական հսկողություն պետք է իրականացներ «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ընկերության համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձինք։ Պայմանագրով նախատեսված աշխատանքների ընթացքում տեխնիկական հսկողություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձինք անբարեխիղճ են կատարել իրենց պարտականությունները։ Արդյունքում՝ «Բիգ Էներգո» ընկերության տնօրինությունը, աշխատանքների կատարման համար նախատեսված գումարները հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, կազմել է աշխատանքների ամբողջ ծավալով կատարված լինելու վերաբերյալ կեղծ կատարողական ակտեր, որոնք ստորագրել են նաև աշխատանքների տեխնիկական հսկողությունն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձինք։ Այսպիսով, «Բիգ Էներգո» ընկերությունը յուրացման միջոցով հափշտակել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հասնող շուրջ 20.000.000 դրամ։ 
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ոստիկանները բացատրական աշխատանքներ են իրականացրել «Բիգ էներգո» ընկերության տնօրինության հետ, ինչի արդյունքում՝ վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասը։ 

Դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի նյութերը փոխանցվել են քննչական կոմիտե՝ հետագա քննության։
