Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Կառավարության կադրերի նշանակումներից հետո թափվեց քննադատությունների մի հսկայական տարափ՝ վկայակոչելով նախարարների անփորձ լինելը կամ նրանց ոչ համապատասխանությունը զբաղեցրած պաշտոնին։ Այս ամենում մեր նախարարները հակառակը կարող էին ապացուցել միայն իրենց գործով և մարդկանց վստահութոյւնն ու հավատը չկորցնելու համար հնարավոր ու, ինչո՞ւ ոչ, անհնար ամեն բան անելով։ Իսկ երբ լավ ես աշխատում և տիրապետում ես գործին, շուտով բոլորը տեսնում են այդ աշխատանքի պտուղները։

 

Հասարակության կողմից շատ դրական արձագանքով ընդունվեց էլեկտրոէներգիայի սակագնի նվազեցման մասին ընթացող ուսումնասիրությունների փորձագիտական առաջին եզրակացությունը, որը հնարավորություն տվեց սակագնի նվազեցման գործում առաջին քայլն անել։ Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների ԲՀԿ-ական նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը այս հարցի վերաբերյալ հայտնեց, որ տարված համառ աշխատանքների արդյունքում հնարավոր է եղել սոցիալապես անապահով շուրջ 120-130 հազար ընտանիքների համար 10 դրամով իջեցնել Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը:

Ինչ խոսք, խոստումնալից ձեռքբերում է, մանավանդ եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ ատոմակայանը չի աշխատում։ Ուստի նախարար Գրիգորյանի արդյունավետ գործելաոճը պետք է լինի վարակիչ մնացած ենթակառուցվածքների ու գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների համար։

Մնում է ավելացնել, որ հենց առաջին իսկ արձանագրված հաջողությունը ինքնին փոշիացնում է բոլոր քննադատությունները և հաստատում, որ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Ծառուկյանի կողմից առաջ քաշված կադրերը կարողանում են կարճ ժամկետներում հասնել այն արդյունքին, ինչին տարիներ ի վեր չէին կարողանում հասնել նախկինները։
