Տնտեսական զարգացման եւ ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը նորմալ աշխատանքային պրոցես է համարում պարտադիր կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի վերաբերյալ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ իր եւ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջեւ բանավեճը: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Արծվիկ Մինասյանը կոչ արեց հիմնվել վերջնական եզրակացության վրա, որ հնչեցրել է վարչապետը: «Իսկ հնչեցված հարցը հետեւյալն է՝ պարտադիր կուտակայինի հարցը մեր կառավարության համար փակված չէ: Դրա սահմանադրականության, արդյունավետության խնդիրն առաջիկայում կքննարկվի»,- նշեց նախարարը:

Հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ մինչեւ վերջ չպնդեց իր դիրքորոշումը, Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հակադարձեց, որ իր սկզբունքը պահել է: «Կարծում եմ, որ այդ սկզբունքը շատ հստակ է: Ես դեմ եմ եղել պարտադիր կուտակայինին, առայժմ շարունակում եմ մնալ դեմ, քանի դեռ հակառակի մեջ համոզված չեմ: Երեկվա նախագիծը ոչ թե պարտադիր կուտակայինը ներդնելու մասին էր, այլ հուլիսի մեկից ուժի մեջ մտնող նախագծի մեղմացման մասին էր»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Դիտարկմանը, թե վերջին պահին ընկրկել է, Արծվիկ Մինասյանը պատասխանեց. «Չկա այդպիսի բան: Ես ընկրկող չեմ: Ես ձեզ առաջարկում եմ առաջիկայում, երբ մենք պարտադիր կուտակային բաղադրիչը սահմանադրականության տեսակետից քննարկման առարկա կդարձնենք, այն ժամանակ դուք հիշեք այս քննարկումները, եւ մենք կխոսենք»:
