Դերենիկ Դումանյանի կարծիքով՝ շատ հարցեր դեռևս մնում են առկախված

 

ՀՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Դերենիկ Դումանյանը, ով մոտ 1 տարի 10 ամիս զբաղեցրել է նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնը, վերջին մեկ ամսից ավել ժամանակ թեև Հայաստանից բացակայել է և առանձնապես չի կարողացել երկրում տեղի ունեցող բոլոր իրադարձություններին մոտիկից տեղեկանալ, բայց մեկ հարցում հաստատակամ է: Նա չի պատրաստվում լքել ՀՀԿ-ն:

Քանի որ ՀՀԿ-ն այլևս ըննդիմադիր կուսակցություն է, այս իրողությունից ելնելով, որպես ընդդիմադիր, ինչպե՞ս է պատկերացնում իր հետագա քայլերը:

«Ճիշտն ասած՝ այդ թեմայով դեռ չեմ մտածել, բայց քանի որ ես Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամ եմ, ես պետք է շարժվեմ այնպես, ինչպես իմ կուսակցությունը կշարժվի: Ինչ վերաբերում է կադրային կամ քաղաքական հարցերին, ես կարծում եմ, որ դեռ վաղ է որևէ եզրակացություն անելը, բայց քանի որ այսօր բոլորը ոգևորված են, բոլորը շատ ուրախ են, ես էլ նրանց հետ ուրախանում եմ, ցանկանում եմ բոլորիս հաջողություն և շատ եմ ուզում, որ ամեն ինչ շատ լավ լինի»,- ասաց նախկին նախարարը:

Խոսելով ՀՀԿ-ն լքողների մասին՝ նա նշեց, որ դրան պետք է ո՛չ լավ և ո՛չ էլ վատ վերաբերվել, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր անհատ ինքն է ընտրում իր քաղաքական ճանապարհը: Դումանյանը կարծում է, որ որևէ մեկը նրանց չի ստիպել դառնալ հանրապետական:

«Ովքեր հիմա հրաժարվում են Հանրապետական կուսակցությունից, դա էլ նրանց մոտեցումն է: Այնպես որ եկեք նրանց հանգիստ թողնենք: Եվ չասենք, որ վատ են անում կամ լավ են անում: Ամեն մեկն իր ճանապարհն է ընտրում»,- ասաց Դ. Դումանյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է իր ղեկավարած ոլորտին, նախկին նախարարի դիտարկմամբ դրանք թե՛ նախկինում, թե՛ հիմա բավականին շատ են: Եվ չնայած, որ ընդամենը մեկ ամիս է, ինչ ՀՀԿ-ն ընդդիմություն է, բայց  նա առանձնապես չցանկացավ փակագծերը բացել:

«Քննադատելը թողնենք հետագայի համար»,- ասաց Դ. Դումանյանը:  

Հարցին, որ եթե այսօր հնարավորություն ունենար ոլորտում փոփոխություն անելու, ապա ի՞նչն առաջինը կփոխեր, պատասխանեց.

«Իհարկե, առողջապահության ոլորտում շատ բան կա փոխելու, որ ես ինքս կցանկանայի, որ փոխվեր: Բայց դա ավելի խորը վերլուծության խնդիր է: Ես չեմ կարծում, որ հեռախոսային հարցազրույցի ընթացքում կարելի է բոլոր խնդիրներին անդրադառնալ, բայց ամենակարևորն այն է, որ սոցիալական ծանր վիճակում գտնվող բոլոր մարդիկ չվախենան առողջապահությանը դիմելուց: Իսկ դրա հիմքում շատ-շատ հարցեր կան, որոնք առայժմ մնում են առկախված»,- ասաց Դ. Դումանյանը:
