ԱՄՆ դեսպանը պատրաստ է Առևտրի և ներդրումների շրջանակային համաձայնագրի ներքո աշխատել Արծվիկ Մինասյանի հետ

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հունիսի 15-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել  Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլզի հետ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ԱՄՆ փոխդեսպան Ռաֆիկ Մանսուրը, դեսպանատան տնտեսական և առևտրի գծով պատասխանատու Ռաֆայել Սամբուն, ՀՀ ՏԶՆ նախարարի տեղակալներ Ավագ Ավանեսյանը ու Ալբերտ Բաբայանը, այլ պատասխանատու անձինք։

Նախարար Մինասյանը ողջունել է դեսպանին, նշել չափազանց կարևոր շրջափուլում համատեղ աշխատելու կարևորությունը և հակիրճ ներկայացրել ամերիկյան կողմի հետ փոխգործակցության ընթացքը։

«Մեր բարեկամությունը Ձեզ հետ և Ձեր աջակցությանը մեր նախարարությանը չափազանց կարևորում ենք», - իր խոսքում նշել է Արծվիկ Մինասյանը։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլզը շնորհակալություն է  հայտնել հանդիպման և աշխատանքների ներկայացման համար՝ շնորհավորելով  նախարարին․«Շնորհավորանքներս Ձեր նշանակման կապակցությամբ: Պատրաստ եմ Առևտրի և ներդրումների շրջանակային համաձայնագրի ներքո աշխատել Ձեզ հետ՝ խթանելու առևտուրն ու ներդրումները մեր երկու երկրների միջև: Սա մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունների թիվ մեկ գերակայությունն է», - նշել է դեսպանը։

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին, հակակոռուպցիոն, հակամենաշնորհային քաղաքականությանը, ներդրումային միջավայրին և այս ուղղությամբ նախատեսվող օրենսդրական փոփոխություններին։

Նախատեսվող բարեփոխումների առնչությամբ դեսպանն իր  գոհունակությունն է  հայտնել, նշելով, որ ամերիկյան ներդրողները հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանով։

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև էներգետիկայի, զբոսաշրջության, խորհրդատվությունների իրականացման և մի շարք այլ հարցերի շուրջ։ Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը վերահաստատել են համագործակցության և համատեղ աշխատանքի ընդլայնմանը միտված պատրաստակամությունը։
