Գարեգին Բ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը հունիսի 16-ին, Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի լուսարարապետ Գերաշնորհ Տեր Հովնան եպիսկոպոս Հակոբյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելեց «Իզմիրլյան» բժշկական կենտրոն, ուր հանդիպեց արցախյան ազատամարտի, ապրիլյան քառօրյայի և զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում հաշմանդամություն ստացած 15 զինվորականների հետ։

Մայր Աթոռից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ վերջիններս պրոթեզավորման համար անհրաժեշտ բուժական զննության ենթարկվեցին Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի տնօրինությամբ և հրավերով Հայաստան ժամանած Գերմանիայի առաջատար «Օթթոբոք» կլինիկայի Հնդկաստանի մասնաճյուղի օրթոպեդ-վնասվածքաբանների կողմից։

Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին Հնդկահայոց հոգևոր հովիվ Հոգեշնորհ Տեր Մովսես աբեղա Սարգսյանը, Կալկաթայի Սուրբ Նազարեթ հայկական եկեղեցու վարչության փոխատենապետեր Սունիլ Սոբթին և Սյուզան Ռուբենը։Զինվորականներին փոխանցելով հայրապետական իր օրհնությունը՝ Նորին Սրբությունը բարձրորեն գնահատեց նրանց ծառայությունը հայրենիքին և դրսևորած հերոսական ոգին։ «Ձեր կյանքը, ձեր անձը հանձնառու կերպով ընծայաբերել եք մեր երկրի պաշտպանությանը, մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգ կյանքի նվիրական գործին։ Աստված թող օրհնի ձեզ», - ասաց Վեհափառ Հայրապետը։

Գարեգին Բ Կաթողիկոսը տեղեկացրեց, որ Մայր Աթոռը, որ երեք տարի առաջ Կալկաթայի Սուրբ Նազարեթ եկեղեցու վարչության հետ համատեղ կյանքի է կոչել այս ծրագիրը և նպաստել հաշմանդամություն ստացած երեք զինվորականների պրոթեզավորմանը Հնդկաստանում, ծրագրում է բուժսպասարկումն ամբողջությամբ իրականացնել Հայաստանում, ինչը հնարավորություն կընձեռի օգտակար ծառայություն մատուցել ավելի մեծ թվով զինվորականների:

Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը նաև իր գնահատանքը հայտնեց Կալկաթայի Սուրբ Նազարեթ հայկական եկեղեցու վարչությանը կարևոր այս հանձնառության համար։
