Մանվել Գրիգորյանի առանձնատներում ԱԱԾ սենսացիոն բացահայտումներից հետո կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում: Կեսգիշերն անց արդեն նրա անկոտրուն որդին՝  Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը հրաժարական տվեց: Սոցցանցերում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է, որ Գրիգորյանների պաշտոնյա հարազատները պետք է հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնեն, եւ առաջինը նման քայլի պետք է դիմի Մանվել Գրիգորյանի դուստրը՝ Նաիրա Գրիգորյանը, ով Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասությա դատարանի դատավորն է։

Նա, հիշեցնենք, 2015 թվականին ճանաչվել է տարվա լավագույն դատավոր, ավարտել է ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետը, անմիջապես գործի անցել Արմավիրի դատարանում որպես դատավորի օգնական, 2005 թվականից առ այսօր աշխատում է Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր։ 

Պատրաստվում է արդյոք գեներալի աղջիկը հրաժարական տալ, Primenews.am-ը փորձել է ճշտել Նաիրա Գրիգորյանից։ Նա մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ դեռևս չի պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ, իսկ թե ինչ ասել է «դեռևս», մանրամասնեց, որ չունի նման մտադրություն։ «Ինչի՞ պետք է ես հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնեմ։ Ո՞վ է ինչի իմ հրաժարականը պահանջել։ Այս պահի դրությամբ ես իմ աշխատանքը լիարժեք կատարում եմ և դժգոհություններ չկան»,- ասում է դատավորը:

Նա չցանկացավ անդրադառնալ եղբոր՝ Կարեն Գրիգորյանի հրաժարականին՝ նշելով, որ դա եղբոր գործն է և անձնական որոշումը։ «Ինձ համար էլ էր դա անակնկալ, ես մամուլից իմացա եղբորս հրաժարականի մասին։ Ի՞նչ ասեմ, դա իր որոշումն է և ես աշխատում եմ չխառնվել նրանց որոշումներին և գործերին, իսկ իմ հրաժարականի մասով կարող եմ կրկին հավելել, որ չունեմ նման մտադրություն»։

Անդրադառնալով ԱԱԾ-ի երեկվա սենսացիոն բացահայտումներին՝ Նաիրա Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ դեռևս ոչինչ բացահայտված չէ և չի կարող ոչինչ ասել, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ շեշտեց, որ հիմա շատ ծանր վիճակում է և շոկի մեջ։ «Ես հիմա ահավոր վատ վիճակում եմ, չգիտեմ, սա իրոք նորություն էր ինձ համար»։ Իսկ թե տեղյա՞կ չէր այսքան ժամանակ, որ իր հոր ամառանոցում նման իրեր են պահվում և դրանցով սնում էին կենդանիներին, Նաիրա Գրիգորյանը պատասխանեց․«Ոչ, ես երբեք էլ տեղյակ չեմ եղել, և կարող եմ հերքել այդ լուրը, քանի որ անգամ իմ հայրը տեղյակ չի եղել, որ իր ամառանոցում նման իրեր են պահվում, ես վստահ եմ՝ հայրս տեղյակ չի եղել։ Թող նախաքննությունը պարզի և ամեն ինչ լինի օրենքի շրջանակներում»։

Մանվել Գրիգորյանի դուստրն, այնուամենայնիվ, մինչև վերջ պնդեց, որ թե ինքը և թե՛ իր ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամները չեն իմացել իրենց պատկանող առանձնատանը պահվող իրերի ու զինծառայողներին տեղ չհասած սնունդի մասին։ Իսկ հորը՝ գեներալի կոչումից զրկելու մասին հարցը չմեկնաբանեց, քանի որ համարում է՝ դա իր գործը չէ։
