Օրեր առաջ Էջմիածին քաղաքում գործող քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը. քաղաքացիների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում հայտարարել էր, որ սուտ են այն խոսակցությունները, թե ինքը քաղաքապետ դառնալով կարողացել է բարելավել իր ֆինանսական միջոցները: Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետը անգամ հայտարարել է, որ իրեն սպասարկող մեքենան նա գնել է վարկով և այս պահին գումար է պարտք բանկերից մեկին:

Իհարկե կարելի էր հավատալ քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանին, սակայն Politik.am-ը այնուամենայնիվ փորձեց ճշտել և հավաստիանալ, թե ինչպիսին է քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանի ֆինանսական վիճակը՝ քաղաքապետ դառնալուց հետո: Մեզ հաջողվեց պարզել, որ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը ոչ միայն բարելավել է իր ֆինանսական միջոցները, այլև կարողացել է այս տարիների ընթացքում բավական մեծ կապիտալ կուտակել:

Քաղաքապետ դառնալուց կարճ ժամանակ անց Կարեն Գրիգորյանը ձեռնամուխ է եղել իր երազանքների դղյակը կառուցելու գործին: Էջմիածին քաղաքում քաղաքապետը կառուցել է սպիտակ մեծ դղյակ, որը պարսպապատված է սպիտակ քարով: Քաղաքապետի դղյակը, ըստ անշարժ գույքի շուկայի մասնագետների արժե մոտ 2 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Բացի այս առանձնատնից, այս տարի Կարեն Գրիգորյանը ձեռք է բերել երկու կիսակառույց առանձնատներ, որոնք նպատակ ունի ավարտին հասցնել և հանել վաճառքի:

Ի դեպ, ըստ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված հայտարարգրի՝ 2015 թվականին Կարեն Գրիգորյանը 8 միլիոն դրամով գնել է AUDI Q5 3.2 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա և 3 միլիոն 100 հազար դրամով վաճառել է TOYOTA COROLLA 1.6 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Իսկ նրա ֆինանսական միջոցները կազմել է ոչ ավել քան 20 միլիոն դրամը:

Այստեղից հարց է առաջանում, թե 20 եկամուտ ունեցող քաղաքապետը ինչպես է կարողանում 8 միլիոն դրամով գնել ավտոմեքենա և մի քանի հարյուր հազար դոլարով գնել մի քանի առանձնատուն ու կառուցել մեկ շքեղ առանձնատուն:14172002_678065182368970_1781789349_n
