Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը հունիսի 19-ին գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ անցկացրել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը նախ լսել է բերքահավաքի ընթացիկ աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Ժիրայր Միրզոյանի և «Գյուղի ու գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամի» տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Հրանտ Սաֆարյանի զեկույցները։ Պետնախարարն ընդգծել է, որ բոլոր ջանքերը պետք է ուղղվեն բերքահավաքի անկորուստ կազմակերպմանն ու խոստացվածի համաձայն՝ առանց վճարումների ուշացման մթերման իրականացմանը։

Այնուհետև Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանն անդրադարձել է ոլորտում պետական քաղաքականության շրջանակում գործող, մասնավորապես, սուբսիդավորման, փոխառությունների և լիզինգի ծրագրերին՝ նշելով, որդրանց արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով առաջիկա մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում պետք է համապատասխան ամբողջական վերագնահատումներ և առաջարկություններ ներկայացվեն: Պետնախարարի խոսքով՝ անհրաժեշտ է խորացնել հանրային հատվածի հետ բաց աշխատանքը։ Այս առնչությամբ հանձնարարվել է հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկել: «Բոլոր ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ պետք է համարժեք տեղեկատվություն ապահովել, որպեսզի հողօգտագործողը ժամանակին իմանա, ինչ հնարավորություններ է ստեղծել կառավարությունը: Բացի դրանից՝ անհրաժեշտ է ավելի պարզ ու մատչելի դարձնել գործող ընթացակարգերը: Այս հարցերում մենք հետևողական աշխատանք ենք իրականացնելու»,- ասել է Մարտիրոսյանը:
