ՀԱԷԿ-ի արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի վերանայումը հնարավոր է 2020 թվականից

Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի փոփոխությունը կախված է մի քանի գործոններից, սակայն սակագնի վերանայում կլինի միայն 2020 թվականից: Այս մասին նշվեց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի՝ հունիսի 20-ի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի հունիսի 20-ի որոշմամբ Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի ժամկետի երկարաձգման նպատակով ռուսական 270 միլիոն դոլարի վարկի վերադարձը կապահովվի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի հաշվարկում ներառելու միջոցով: Հանձնաժողովը սահմանել է, որ «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» ՓԲԸ-ի 2-րդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգում» ծրագրի իրականացմանն ուղղված ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում ներգրավվելիք միջոցների վերադարձը կապահովվի էլեկտրական էներգիայի (հզորության) արտադրության սակագնի հաշվարկում դրանց սպասարկման և մարման ծախսերը ներառելու միջոցով` ըստ ենթավարկային պայմանագրում ամրագրված պայմանների:

ՀԾԿՀ զարգացման և մոնիթորինգի վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Աղինյանը նշեց, որ ցանկացած լրացուցիչ ծախս ընկերություններում սակագնի բարձրացման է բերում, սակայն ներդրման արդյունքները, որոնք բերում են հզորության մեծացման, կյանքի երկարաձգման, կարող են հանդիսանալ նվազեցնող գործոններ: Այնպես որ, սակագնի հետ կապված որոշումը կայացնելիս երկու գործոնն էլ հաշվի կառնվեն:

ՀԱԷԿ-ի տնօրեն Մովսես Վարդանյանը նշեց, որ դեռ հնարավոր չէ ասել՝ որքան կկազմի սակագինը, սակայն ներդրումների հետ վերադարձի նպատակով դիմելու են սակագնի բարձրացման հայտով: Իսկ սակագնի փոփոխության հարց կառաջանա, երբ սկսվի ռուսական վարկի մարման գործընթացը՝ 2020 թվականից ոչ շուտ:

Վարդանյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ ՀԱԷԿ-ի արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի վաճառքը (մատակարարումը էլցանցերին) 2018թ. փետրվարի 1-ից առանց ԱԱՀ-ի 9.03 դրամ/կվտժ է:
