1984 թ. ԻՆՉՊԵՍ ԵՂԵԼ Է. Բռնաբարության պահին Աստղիկն արդեն կույս չէր՝ նա ամուսնացած էր եղել…

1984 թվականի մայիսի 20-ի վաղ առավոտյան Երևանի Հարավ-Արևմտյան թաղամասի միլիցիայի բաժանմունք էին մտել երկու կին՝ մանկավարժ մայրն իր 23-ամյա դստեր՝ Աստղիկի հետ: Վերջինս արտասվում էր, իսկ մայրը դողում էր զայրույթից:

Հենց մայրն էլ ներկայացրել էր դստեր նկատմամբ կատարված ոտնձգությունը:

Նրանց բնակարանը «Բանգլադեշ» թաղամասի բազմաբնակարան շենքերից մեկի առաջին հարկում էր: Կեսգիշերին պատշգամբից Աստղիկի ննջարան էր սողոսկել դիմակավոր մի երիտասարդ ու դանակի սպառնալիքով հենց սեփական ննջարանում բռնաբարել էր աղջկան: Վերջինս, ըստ մայրիկի, վախից ձայն չէր հանել: Դիմակավոր երիտասարդը, հագուրդ տալով իր կրքերին, զոհի վրա մատ էր թափ տվել, պահանջել էր չբողոքել ու նույն ճանապարհով հեռացել էր:

Աստղիկը գիշերվա կեսին այնպիսի լացուկոծ էր դրել բռնաբարողի հեռանալուց հետո, որ մայրն արթնացել էր ու վազել աղջկա ննջարան…

Մայրն ասում էր, թե հազիվ են դիմացել մինչև լույսը բացվի, որ անձամբ ներկայանան միլիցիայի բաժանմունք ու հաղորդում տան ծանր հանցագործության մասին: Մանկավարժ կինը միլիցիոներներից պահանջում էր շուտափույթ բացահայտել բռնաբարողին ու խստագույնս պատժել:

Բռնաբարության մասին հաղորդում տալու հաջորդ օրերին մանկավարժ կինը պարբերաբար այցելում էր միլիցիայի բաժանմունք ու գնալով՝ ավելի ու ավելի կոպիտ էր պահանջում, որ դստեր նկատմամբ կատարված խայտառակությունը անհապաղ բացահայտվի:

Միլիցիայի աշխատողները չէին բացառում, որ բռնաբարողը աղջկա ծանոթներից լինի՝ միգուցե հենց այդ պատճառո՞վ էր նա դիմակով եղել, եթե, իհարկե, դիմակի մասին ասվածը համապատասխանում էր իրականությանը:

Տուժող Աստղիկի մարմնին բռնաբարողի կողմից պատճառված վնասվածքներ համարյա չկային: Բռնաբարության պահին Աստղիկը արդեն կույս չէր՝ նա նախկինում ամուսնացած էր եղել…

Գործի քննության ընթացքում պարզվել էր երիտասարդների շրջանակը, ովքեր այս կամ այն կերպ առնչվել էին Աստղիկին:

Պարզվել էին նաև Աստղիկի անձնական կյանքի որոշ մանրամասներ:

Աստղիկն իր առաջին ամուսնությունը երիտասարդական սխալմունք էր համարում՝ նա ամուսնացած կնոջ կարգավիճակում էր եղել ընդամենը չորս ամիս, ասում էր՝ ամուսնանալուց հետո է հասկացել, որ ամուսնուն բոլորովին չի ճանաչում ու նույնիսկ չի սիրում…
