Բացասական տեղեկատվության մշտական տարափի արդյունքում մեր հասրակության մի մասը ձեռ ք է բերել բողոքավորի սինդրոմ՝ դժգոհ է ամեն ինչից, բողոքում է ամեն ինչի դեմ՝ առանց հիմնավորման, ուղղակի ծրագրավորված է այդպես, գիտի, որ այդպես է պետք ու վերջ: Սա ընդդիմամոլության սովորական դրսևորումներից մեկն է, և սրա արտահայտման և տարածման հարցում մեծ է մեր դեպրեսիվ լրատվության դերը:
Բողոքավորների համար բողոքելու մի թեմա էլ ավելացավ՝ ինչու՞ են միավորվելու Տարածքային կառավարման և Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունները և ինչու՞ պետք է միավորված նախարարությունները ղեկավարի ԱԻՆ նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը: Աննպատակ այս հարցադրումն առաջ բերողները, սակայն, չեմ կարծում, թե նախևառաջ իրենք կարող են պատասխանել այն հարցին, թե ինչու չպետք է միավորվեն նախարարությունները և ինչու Արմեն Երիցյանը չի կարող ղեկավարել այդ միասնական նախարարությունը: Երիցյանն, ըստ իս, այն հազվագյուտ նախարարներից է, որն իրեն քննադատելու առիթ չի տալիս, պատշաճ կատարում է իր պարտականությունները, ավելին՝ նա կարողացավ կայացնել ԱԻՆ նախարարությունը, դարձնել այն նորմալ աշխատող նախարարություն, և դա հերքելը շատ դժվար է:
Եթե հիշենք, ժամանակին այդ երկու նախարարությունները կրկին միասին էին և այն ղեկավարում էր այն ժամանակ դեռ փոխվարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Այսինքն, ինչու՞ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարող էր ղեկավարել այդ կառույցը, իսկ Արմեն Երիցյանի նման գրագետ մասնագետը չի կարող: Տրամաբանական է, չէ՞, հարցս:
Եվ վերջապես, ինչո՞վ է փոխվելու մեր կյանքը, մեր սոցիալական վիճակը, եթե երկու այդ նախարարությունները միանան: Համենայն դեպս, ոչ մի վատ փոփոխություն դրանից չի լինի: Ուստի նման հարցի շուրջ արհեստական բողոքի ալիք ստեղծելը ընդամենը մթնոլորտը պղտորելու փորձ եմ համարում:
