Արամ Խաչատրյան մեծ համերգասրահում նոյեմբերի 9-ին «Նիգ-Ապարան» հայրենակցական միության 6-րդ համագումարի ժամանակ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, գործարար Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը ընտրվել է միության նախագահ։
Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի թեկնածությունն առաջադրել է «Նիգ-Ապարան» հայրենակցական միության պատվավոր նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը՝ գովերգելով նրա կատարած բարեգործական աշխատանքները:
«Պարոն Ալեքսանյանը արդեն 3 տարի ղեկավարում է մեր կառույցը: Մի մարդ, որը երբեք ի ցույց չի դնում իր բարեգործական աշխատանքները՝ ի տարբերություն շատ շատերի: Եւ երբեք չի ուզում, որ այդ մասին խոսեն կամ այդ մասին գրվի: Ճիշտ հակառակը, նա գերադասում է միշտ լինել ստվերում, կատարել բազում բարեգործական աշխատանքներ ոչ միայն մեր կառույցի շրջանակներում: Հավատացնում եմ՝ ձեզանից շատ շատերը շատ քիչ են տեղյակ նրա կատարած բարեգործական աշխատանքների մասին: Նորից եմ կրկնում, ի տարբերություն շատ շատերի, որոնք սկզբից են ճչում են այդ մասին, հետո բարեգործություն անում»,- ամբիոնից հայտարարեց ՀՀ Քնչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը եւ հավելեց.«Եթե մեծահարուստ մարդը բարեգործ չէ, նա չարիք է հասարակության համար»:
Այն, որ Ալեքսանյանը մշտապես գտնվել է ստվերում՝ բոլորիս է հայտնի: Բայց, ինչպես հայտնի սերիալում է ասվում, մինչև Հովսեփյանը չասաց՝ բան չէինք արել, որ, բացի տնտեսության մեջ ահռելի ստվերից՝ Լիմինդրովիչը մի ստվերոտ կողմ ևս ունի՝ բարեգործությունը: Մինչդեռ երկար տարիներ լինելով երկրի ամենաինֆորմացված կառույցներից մեկի՝ դատախազության ղեկավարը՝ Աղվան Գառնիկիչը, թերևս, շատ լավ գիտի, որ իր ստեղծած միության նորաթուխ ղեկավարի ստվերային գործունեությունը ինչպիսի ահռելի վնասներ է հասցնում մեր պետությանը, և իր սրբազան պարտականությունն էր խոսել ոչ թե «զեմլյակի» բարեգործական ստվերի, այլ այն մյուս, հանցավոր ստվերի մասին...
Այլ հարց է, որ առաջին ստվերը առաջացել է հենց ու նաև հայրենակցական կապերի շնորհիվ, երբ փոխանակ բռնելու այն ձեռքը, որ պետությունից ահռելի գումարներ է թաքցնում ու մի քանի ստվերոտ բարեգործություններ անում, գլխավոր դատախազը խրախուսել է իր հայրենակցին՝ հղում անելով մյուս ստվերին: Այժմ էլ, կրկին ղեկավարելով առանցքային կառույց, Աղվան Հովսեփյանը վերահաստատում է, որ տնտեսական ստվերը շարունակում է մնալ իր բարձր հովանու ներքո: Իսկ միգուցե այն բարեգործությունները, որոնք «ստվերում» արվում են, հենց պետք եղած ժամանակ բարձրաձայնելու և իրենց համար ալիբի ստեղծելու համա՞ր են արվում...
