Ես չեմ տեսնում Օսիպյանի կամքը այդ առումով. Իրավապաշտպանը՝ «Էլեկտրիկ Երեւանի» ժամանակ բռնությունները բացահայտելու մասին

Ես չեմ կարծում, որ 3 տարի առաջ «Էլեկտրիկ Երեւան» ակցիայի ժամանակ կատարված ոստիկանական բռնությունները կբացահայտվեն: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց իրավապաշտպան Ժաննա Ալեքսանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով 2015 թվականի հունիսի 23-ին ոստիկանության կիրառած բռնություններին ակտիվիստների եւ լրագրողների նկատմամբ:

«Ես չեմ տեսնում Օսիպյանի կամքը այդ առումով, լավատես չեմ այդ հարցում:Եթե ոստիկանությունը պատրաստակամություն ունի, թող բացահայտի Սարի թաղի դեպքերը, բռնությունները եւ թող պատժի էն մարդկանց ովքեր  կիրառել են այդ բռնությունները: Եւ բոլոր այդ դեպքերում ոչ ոք չի պատժվել»,-ասաց նա:

Իրավապաշտպանը նշեց, որ ոստիկանությունը պետք է հաշվի նստի հասարակության հետ, ինչը ինքն  առայժմ չի տեսնում:

«Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը, ճիշտ է,  շատ ոգեւորիչ է, սակայն ես դեռ էական փոփոխություններ չեմ տեսնում ոստիկանական համակարգում: Ոստիկանությունը, որը տարիներ շարունակ հոգեբանորեն եւ ֆիզիկապես խոշտանգել է ակտիվիստներին եւ հանրությանը, նա պետք է հիմա այնքան գլուխը խոնհարեր հանրության առջեւ, որ մենք հասկանայինք, որ ոստիկանությունը պատրաստ է փոխվելու: Ես  ի սկզբանե էլ չէի հավատում, որ Օսիպյանը կարող է ինչ-որ բան փոխել այդ համակարգում եւ դեռեւս մնացել եմ այդ կարծիքին»,-ասաց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 3 տարի առաջ` 2015 թ. հունիսի 22-ի լույս 23-ի գիշերը էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման դեմ «Ոչ թալանին» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության կազմակերպած խաղաղ ցույցը դադարեցնելու նպատակով Ոստիկանության կողմից գործադրվեց ջրցան մեքենա: Կիրառված անհամաչափ ուժի արդյունքում տասնյակ ցուցարարներ եւ լրագրողներ տեղափոխվեցին հիվանդանոցներ, հարյուրավորները՝ բերման ենթարկվեցին:Ոստիկանության գործած վայրագությունների փաստով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ. տուժող է ճանաչվել 31 անձ, որոնցից 18-ը՝ ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչ: Վերջիններից ոմանք այդպես էլ հարցաքննության չհրավիրվեցին, միայն որոշ լրագրողներ ստացան փոխհատուցում:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում որեւէ անձի մեղադրանք այդպես էլ չի առաջադրվել, իսկ ՀՀ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կողմից գործի քննության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ որեւէ տեղեկատվություն չի հրապարակվել:
