ՀՀ Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը կատարել է լայնածավալ  ուսումնասիրություն՝ սրտի ստենտավորման վիրահատության գնագոյացման վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին հանձնաժողովից, նկատի ունենալով այս ծառայության համար հիվանդանոցների կողմից սահմանված բավականին բարձր գինը, որը դրա կարիքն ունեցող հիվանդների մեծ մասի համար անմատչելի է, հանձնաժողովը կարևորել է այս տեսակի վիրահատության գնագոյացման ուսումնասիրությունը: ՀՀ մրցակցային մարմնի կողմից կատարված հաշվարկները  փաստում են, որ  ստենտավորման  ներկայիս արժեքը կարող է նվազել ավելի քան 100 հազար դրամով: Եվ այսպես. ուսումնասիրության շրջանակներում դիտարկվել է ՀՀ-ում ստենտավորում իրականացնող բոլոր բուժհաստատությունների (թվով 11 ) կողմից այս ծառայության գնագոյացման շղթան: Հանձնաժողովը ծավալուն տեղեկատվություն է պահանջել բուժհաստատություններից, որի հիման վրա գնահատվել են ստենտավորման վիրահատության գնագոյացման շղթայի մաս կազմող ավելի քան 40  ծախսային բաղադրիչները՝ սկսած ստենտի արժեքից մինչև  վիրահատական գործիքներ և դեղորայք:

Պարզվել է, որ 1 դեղապատ ստենտով վիրահատության արժեքը կազմում է միջինում 1.1 մլն դրամ, իսկ ինքնարժեքը՝ 840 հզ դրամ, որի 55%-ը բաժին է ընկնում նյութածախսին (ստենտի արժեք, դեղորայք, վիրահատական պարագաներ և այլն ),  45 %-ը ձևավորվում է վարչական վերադիր և այլ ծախսերի հաշվին ( բժշկի և բուժքույրերի աշխատավարձ, մաշվածության ծախս (ամորտիզացիա), կոմունալ  վճարումներ    և այլն ): 

ՏՄՊՊՀ ուսումնասիրությունները փաստում են, որ 1.1 մլն դրամ գնի պարագայում  ստենտավորման վիրահատության շահութաբերությունը կազմում է շուրջ 25%, ինչը բավական բարձր ցուցանիշ է՝ համանման այլ բժշկական ծառայությունների գների համեմատ։ Հետևապես, լիովին իրատեսական է, որպեսզի բուժհաստատությունները իրենց շահույթը նվազեցնելու հաշվին վերանայեն վիրահատության արժեքը՝  իջեցնելով այն շուրջ 100 հազար դրամով:

Տեղեկացնենք նաև, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ ստենտավորման վիրահատություններ իրականացվում են թվով 11 բուժհաստատություններ, իսկ ստենտերի ներմուծում  մատակարարներում են իրականացրել 7 ընկերություններ։

Հարկ ենք համարում նաև ընդգծել, որ ըստ հանձնաժողովի, հետագայում ևս հնարավոր է հասնել վիրահատության արժեքի էլ ավելի նվազման՝ մատակարար ընկերությունների հետ տարվող բանակցությունների արդյունքում: 

Հանձնաժողովը ուսումնասիրությունների ողջ փաթեթը տրամադրել է նաև Առողջապահության նախարարությանը:
