ՀՀ դատախազությունը շրջանառության մեջ է դնում կալանավորման կիրառման պրակտիկայի բարելավմանն ուղղված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը հունիսի 12-ին կայացած ՀՀ դատախազության կոլեգիայի նիստում հանձնարարել էր միջազգային փորձի ուսումնասիրությամբ 10-օրյա ժամկետում նախապատրաստել կալանավորման՝ որպես խափանման միջոցի կիրառման իրավակարգավորումների, այդ թվում՝ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցների ներդրմանն ուղղված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթ և միջոցներ ձեռնարկել վերջինս մասնագիտական շահագրգիռ շրջանակների, քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ի կատարումն այդ հանձնարարականի՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում արդեն մշակվել է «ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծ, որը դրա ընդունման հիմնավորման հետ միասին հրապարակվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պաշտոնական կայքում՝ «Փաստաթղթեր» բաժնի «Նախագծեր» ենթաբաժնում՝ դրա շուրջ հանրային լայն քննարկումներ ապահովելու նպատակով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու և կալանավորման ժամկետները երկարացնելու պրակտիկայում հանդիպող, նաև այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցների ներդրման հետ կապված գործնականում հանդիպող, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր նոր խնդիրների համակողմանի կարգավորման նկատառումով նախագիծն առավել հղկելու, կատարելագործելու, ինչպես նաև հետագա համատեղ քննարկումներն ավելի առարկայական և արդյունավետ դարձնելու նպատակով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը գործընկեր մասնագիտական շրջանակների, քաղաքացիական շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին առաջարկում է info@prosecutor.am էլեկտրոնային հասցեով նախագծի վերաբերյալ ակտիվորեն ներկայացնել կարծիքներ, առաջարկություններ ու դիտողություններ, որոնք կդառնան մանրամասն քննարկման առարկա:
