Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են պոտենցիալ ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացմանը կառավարության կողմից օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելուն ուղղված հարցեր: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,

«Կառավարության ձևավորման առաջին օրից հայտարարում ենք, որ Հայաստանում ներդրումները, այդ թվում՝ օտարերկրյա, մեզ համար ունեն կարևոր նշանակություն: Այս ընթացքում ներդրողների հետ եղել են բազմաթիվ շփումներ, և նրանք արել են մի շարք դիտարկումներ, բարձրացրել հարցեր: Ներդրողների հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում գեներացվել է մի այսպիսի գաղափար՝ դիտարկել «ներդրումային մեկ պատուհանի» սկզբունք կիրառելու հնարավորությունը: Ի՞նչի մեջ է գաղափարը, որ ներդրողն ունենա կոնկրետ հասցե, որտեղ պետք է գնա աջակցություն ստանալու և արդյունքում հաջող ներդրում իրականացնելու համար: Գաղափարը նաև հետևյալն է, որ այդ պոտենցիալ գրասենյակն ունենա հնարավորություն և լիազորություն՝ ներդրողների անունից և փոխարեն իրականացնել մի շարք գործառույթներ, այդ թվում՝ պետական մարմինների հետ հարաբերություններում, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են ի վերջո գործունեության մեկնարկը տալու համար»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Այս համատեքստում, անդրադարձ է կատարվել «Բինզես Արմենիա» հիմնադրամի գործունեությանը, վերջինիս կողմից ներդրողներին ցուցաբերվող օժանդակությանը, մատուցվող ծառայություններին: Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցները հաշվի առնելով վարչապետ Փաշինյանի առաջարկությունը՝ ներկայացրել են տարբեր դիտարկումներ, այդ թվում՝ վերը նշված հիմնադրամի գործունեության հետ կապված և կարևորել պոտենցիալ ներդրողների հետ ակտիվ, անմիջական ու բաց աշխատանքը, ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավման և հնարավոր օժանդակության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության լայն տարածումը: Այդ առումով, կարևորվել է նաև հարկային վարչարարության պարզեցումն ու բարեփոխումների իրականացումը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է նաև պոտենցիալ ներդրողներին պատրաստի ներդրումային ծրագրեր ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը և հետներդրումային օժանդակության իրականացումը, ինչը կնպաստի կոնկրետ արդյունքների արձանագրմանը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանատու գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է նշված հարցերի շուրջ քննարկումները շարունակել փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի մոտ և առաջիկայում ներկայացնել հստակ առաջարկություններ:
