Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Էրեբունի նստավայրում դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանը որոշում է կայացրել բավարարել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի գրավման գործով ամբաստանյալ Վարդգես Գևորգյանի պաշտպանի միջնորդությունը` իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխելու վերաբերյալ:

Վարդգես Գևորգյանը ազատ  է արձակվել ՀՀ ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Վահե Էնֆիաջյանի ու Գևորգ Պետրոսյանի անձնական երաշխավորությամբ:

Վարդգես Գևորգյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ 58831 զորամասի 2-րդ հրաձգային գումարտակի հակատանկային դասակի հրամանատարի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով «Մուսալեռ 4» մարտական հենակետի ավագը, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին նշված հենակետից յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «ՌԳ-42» տեսակի նռնակ՝ իր պայթուցիչով, ապա նույն օրը խախտել է մարտական հերթապահություն կրելու կանոնները, որի հետևանքով նվազել է զինվորական ստորաբաժանման մարտունակությունը, խաթարվել է մարտական հերթապահության բնականոն ընթացքը, ՀՀ սահմանների նշված հատվածը թողնվել է առանց բավարար հսկողության:

Նշված նռնակը սառը զենք հանդիսացող անձնական որսորդական դանակի հետ ապօրինի կրելով՝ փորձել է միանալ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին Երևան քաղաքի Մ.Խորենացու փողոցի 158 հասցեում տեղակայված, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պարեկապահակետային ծառայության գնդի տարածքում գտնվող շենքերը, շինությունները և տրանսպորտի միջոցները զավթած, ոստիկաններ պատանդ վերցրած ու պահող կազմակերպված խմբին, դրա կազմում ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ու ռազմամթերք կրելով ու պահելով, խմբի անդամների հետ համակատարմամբ շարունակել պահել զավթածն ու պատանդներին, սակայն վերջին երեք հանցագործություններն ավարտին չի հասցրել իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով: Բացի այդ, Վարդգես Գևորգյանը, առանց իրացնելու նպատակի, գործով չպարզված հանգամանքներում ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել և իր տանը, մինչև 2016թ. հուլիսի 22-ն ապօրինի պահել է զգալի չափերով՝ 1,3 գրամ քաշով, «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, ինչպես նաև ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող՝ երեք հատ 7,62մմ (7,62x39), երեք հատ 7,62մմ (7,62x54R) տրամաչափի գործարանային արտադրության մարտական փամփուշտներ և մեկ հատ «ՈՒԶՌԳՄ» տեսակի գործարանային արտադրության պայթուցիչ:
