Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել փոքր և միջին ձեռնարակատիրության զարգացմանը վերաբերող խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներն ու ՓՄՁ-ների շահերը ներկայացնող տարբեր հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետը նշել է, որ պետք է քարտեզագրել փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության խնդիրներն ու կառավարության անելիքները՝ ոլորտին աջակցելու առումով: «Կառավարության համար սա չափազանց կարևոր ուղղություն է` նաև այն պատճառով, որ փոքր և միջին բիզնեսն ավելի մոբիլ է և այստեղ կառավարության գործունեության պոզիտիվ արդյունքներն ավելի արագ նկատելի կդառնան: Այս ոլորտի հետ առնչվում է գործարարների, ձեռներեցների շատ լայն շրջանակ: Մենք պետք է նաև ապահովենք մշտական հաղորդակցություն, կարողանանք հաղորդակցության հուսալի համակարգ ներդնել և համոզված լինել, որ այն, ինչ անում է կառավարությունը, անում է նաև փոքր և միջին ձեռներեցների մասնակցությունն ապահովելով»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում անդրադարձ են կատարվել ՓՄՁ ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներին, ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտներին տրամադրվող պետական աջակցության կառույցների գործառույթներին, ՓՄՁ-ների աջակցության գործիքակազմին, հարկային վարչարարությանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցերի, որոնց առնչությամբ ներկայացվել են տարբեր դիտարկումներ և առաջարկություններ: Մասնավորապես, ներկաները կարևորել են Հարկային օրենսգրքում բարեփոխումների իրականացումը:

Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ կառավարությունն ունի քաղաքական կամք՝ քննարկելու ոլորտի խնդիրներն ու գտնելու դրանց լուծման տարբերակները: Այդ առումով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անհրաժեշտ է համարել Հարկային օրենսգրքի բարեփոխումների իրականացման ուղղությամբ քննարկումներին նաև ՓՄՁ-ների նեկայացուցիչների ներգրավումը: Կառավարության ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի համակարգմամբ Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության հարթակում ՓՄՁ-ների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ ձևավորել ՓՄՁ զարգացման խորհուրդ, որը  կառուցողական մթնոլորտում պարբերաբար կքննարկի ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները, վարչապետին կներկայացնի դրանց լուծման հնարավորություններն ու հանդես կգա կոնկրետ առաջարկություններով:
