29.06.2018թ.-ին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ է ընդունվել հայտարարագրման ենթակա գույքը թաքցնելու և ապօրինի հարստանալու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործը, որի համաձայն` պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող Լյովա Սարգսյանը, նրա որդին և դուստրը` Նարեկ և Անի Սարգսյանները, կասկածվում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 310.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 314.3-րդհոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքների կատարման մեջ:

Այսպես, «ՋԼՋ Պրոյեկտ Քոմփանի» ՍՊԸ բաժնետեր Նարեկ Սարգսյանի բնակության վայրում կատարված խուզարկության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են նրա, իր հետ համատեղ բնակվող հոր՝ Լյովա Սարգսյանի և քրոջ՝ Անի Սարգսյանի անվամբ 2017թ.-ի 2-րդ կիսամյակի ընթացքում որպես ավանդ ՀՀ-ում գործող բանկերից մեկում ներդրված շուրջ 6 միլիոն 800 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարով ավանդի պայմանագրեր: Քննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ ՀՀ հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան, պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող Լյովա Սարգսյանն ու վերջինիս դուստրը 2017թ.-ի հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանի համար հայտարարատու պաշտոնատար անձի համար սահմանված դեպքերում և կարգով ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով են ներկայացրել իրենց գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագրերը, որտեղ չեն հայտարարագրել իրենց կողմից որպես ավանդ ներդրված գումարները և թաքցրել են դրանք, ինչը հանգեցրել է Լյովա Սարգսյանի և Անի Սարգսյանի մասով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքի չհայտարարագրմանը, ինչպես նաև հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում նրանց գույքերի ավելացումն էականորեն գերազանցել է նրանց օրինական եկամուտները, ինչը ողջամտորեն չի հիմնավորվում հայտարարագրերով, այսինքն` վերջիններս ապօրինի հարստացել են:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը նույնպես թաքցրել է հայտարարագրման ենթակա գույքը: 2017թ.-ի հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում նրա գույքի ավելացումն էականորեն գերազանցել է նրա օրինական եկամուտները, ինչը ողջամտորեն չի հիմնավորվում հայտարարագրերով, այսինքն` վերջինս նույնպես ապօրինի հարստացել է: 29.06.2018թ.-ին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի որոշմամբ Լյովա, Նարեկ և Անի Սարգսյանների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:
