4. Պետք չէ խայթել նրա ընկերներին

8. Համբուրե՛ք, շոյե՛ք, փաղաքշե՛ք ամեն օր
Ուշադրության պակասը միևնույն է՝ լրացում է, և եթե դուք չանեք դա, կանեն մյուսները:
9. Աջակցե՛ք և փորձեք հասկանալ, նույնիսկ՝ եթե այլևս ուժ չկա
Եթե տուն եք հասել սարսափելի հոգնած, որովհետև աշխատավայրում խնդիրներ կան, հաշվի առեք, որ սիրելիի մոտ էլ կարող են նման խնդիրներ առաջանալ: Այդ պարագայում անհրաժեշտ է խորը շունչ քաշել, սեղմել ատամները, ժպտալ, թեյ պատրաստել, գրկել սիրելիին և փորձել լիցքաթափվել:
