Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների հիման վրա հուլիսի 2-ին յուրացումներ կատարելու, ինչպես նաև հասարակական կազմակերպության ծառայողի կողմից լիազորությունները չարաշահելու կասկածանքով բերման է ենթարկվել «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արա Վարդանյանը:

ԱԱԾ լրատվական ծառայության փոխանցմամբ, փաստական հանգամանքների ճնշման ներքո Վարդանյանը խոստովանել է, որ տնօրինելով հիմնադրամին տրամադրված 25 միլիոն դրամի վարկային գծով բանկային քարտը, դրա միջոցներն օգտագործել է անձնական նպատակներով, այդ թվում դրանք ուղղելով տարբեր առցանց խաղատներում խաղադրույքներ կատարելուն:

 

Ըստ իր խոսքերի, վարկային քարտից վատնած միջոցները Վարդանյանը ետ է վերադարձրել հիմնադրամին հանգանակված գումարների հաշվին: Այնուհետ՝ անձնական միջոցները կանխիկ մուտքագրել է հիմնադրամի հաշվապահություն, դրանով իսկ թաքցնելով հիմնադրամի գումարների վատնման հանգամանքը:

Միայն վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում Վարդանյանը հիմնադրամի բանկային քարտից մոտ 14 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ է փոխանցել օնլայն խաղատներին, իսկ 2016–ից 2018 թվականներն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում այդ գումարը կազմել է շուրջ 130 000 000 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:

Այս պահին «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամում կատարվում են ստուգումներ՝ հնարավոր չարաշահումներն ու յուրացումները բացահայտելու, ինչպես նաև հանգանակված գումարների ծախսման օրինականությունը ճշտելու ուղղությամբ:
