Լրագրող Տիրայր Մուրադյանի գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՔԾ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննված քրեական գործով կատարված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 3-րդ վարչական շենքի դիմաց լրագրող Տիրայր Մուրադյանի մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտած անձի ինքնությունը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից,  «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության լրագրող Տիրայր Մուրադյանն ապրիլի 19-ին՝ ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում, որպես լրագրող իր աշխատանքն է կատարել Երևան քաղաքի Արամի փողոցում տեղակայված ՀՀ կառավարության 3-րդ վարչական շենքի դիմաց։ Լուսանկարներ կատարելիս քաղաքացիական հագուստով երկու անձ հարձակվել են լրագրողի վրա և բռնություն գործադրել։ Լրագրողը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն և ստացել անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 164-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, լրագրող Տ.Մուրադյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել։ Նրա նկատմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։

Ի պատասխան ԶԼՄ-ների բազմաթիվ հարցադրումների՝ պարզաբանում ենք, որ տվյալ քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է լրագրողի մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտած անձանցից մեկի ինքնությունը, ով ոստիկանության ծառայող է, ուստի՝ քննիչը դեռևս հունիսին  որոշում է կայացրել՝ քրեական գործը, ըստ քննչական ենթակայության, ՀՔԾ ուղարկելու մասին։
